James Kirkland's fight just ended

what catchweights is he demanding??? didnt you read its a slash ///// in relation to. I understand Williams was the one who asked for the catchweight- but you cannot deny the fact that he is fighting blown up 154lbs jrmiddleweight at his natural weight around 160. You dont see the pattern. William was fighting at 154 Phillips/Cintron. Dzinzurik was a natural 154lbs and now Kirkland. Im not sure if you dont see the pattern here.

i believe that the marg who fought sergio at the time would tko even the today sergio...... the 2nd williams bout martinez won by ko but in the 1st bout it was more telling because it went 12 full rounds......& pavlik looked fairly good before the cuts.... i like a aggressive fighter against martinez who can take his shots..... lol...sure,sure,,sergio fights nothing like he did then

kirkland never fought with defense... he is a straight up beast. that's why team martinez don't wanna fight him.

Honestly Angulo-Kirkland was always a fight that made me rock hard. Real ****. Kirk just needs to keep on getting rounds in and maybe it can happen at the end of the year. This will just be another forgotten bout.

Yeah, the end to that was kinda fishy. Dude just went down on a blocked jab, something ain't right. Good tune up for Kirkland, dude really needs to work on his defense though. Martinez would put him away in a few rounds if he went in there like he did today. It wasn't more-so the "jab" that had me smh.. It was the simple fact how he acted once the ref started counting. What's crazy was that he was landing some good shots too. Kinda looked like he caught Kirkland's attention in the first but eh.. His defense wouldn't have given him much of a chance against Martinez IMO Like Natas said.. nothing more than a tune-up and hopefully a brawl with Angulo is on the horizon
