"Right now, Pacquiao is the only thing worth watching in boxing. He's got the whole thing on his shoulders there. He will fight anyone at anytime. You make the match and he'll fight, and that's all you can ask of of any fighter. The other guy he was trying to do the ultimate match with, Mayweather, but Mayweather just scandalized it, trying to say he was taking dope or something instead of fighting him. I don't care if someone was taking coal, oil, gasoline, or diesel, offer me twenty million, I'll fight 'em. He could be drinking fire, swallowing fire, I'd fight him (laughing). Whatever they take, the better"
The fighters are not involed in setting the penalty that is a commission matter. Since YOU claim the commission has to approve Manny's request show me where the commission approved that request then PBF agreed to it. Please show me where the commission approved Manny's request for a $10 mill weight penalty.
You are as sharp as a bowling ball!!!
:lol1::lol1::lol1:
Where does it say any fighter can't make a request within the rules?
All it says is that the commission has to approve.
Or are you really that dumb in regards to reading the english language?

And where does it say the fighter can't request to the executive director?
It doesn't.
The commission approves the request.
Manny goes above what the commission wants?
No, hes actually withing the commission guidelines.
Now quit your f ucking nagging like a school girl.
Btw, the only ones crying, are the hoe cakes talking about "take the test".
When did boxing become about "tests"?
When they let nagging little p ussies like Floyd open their mouths.
As expected. Back to the ignore list johncomelately goes.
Yea..they approve the request of the Executive Director that sets the lesser amount. Read below, its in plain english.
Stop making up stuff to cover for Manny's tail on this issue. Manny goes above the commission when he wants, and its fair game. When someone wants to do it, you guys cry about it.

What you morons aren't getting is that Manny made a request within the guidelines that have been established by a governing agency while Floyd went on a temper tantrum about that agency saying they weren't good enough to do their job and that they needed to adhere to his guidelines.
Why are you making sh!t up? No where in those rules does it even mention a fighter requesting anything. If Manny's so called request was about the commission why did PBF have to agree to that request for it to go in the contract? If it was all about the commission PBF wouldn't have had to agree to pay that fine cause that would have been soley left to the commission to decide if $10 mill for every lb over 147 was ok. You adding sh!t to things that is not there to fit your agenda.
PBF & Manny's request were both outside the commission and contractual issues nothing more nothing less.

Its this cut and dry.
It doesn't.
But I also notice it doesn't say a fighter can't make a request that are within the rules of the commission.
Only that the commission has to approve of the request. Making a request is not "setting". The commission "sets", the fighter "requests". But you're too much of a dunce to figure out something so simple.
Try again.
Yea..they approve the request of the Executive Director that sets the lesser amount. Read below, its in plain english.
(a) Twenty-five percent of his purse if no lesser amount is set by the Commission’s representative; or
(b) A lesser amount set by the Executive Director and approved by the Commission,Ê unless the weight difference is 1 pound or less.

Where does it say a fighter CAN make a request? The rules above, clearly state that the commission are the ones that set the penalty. NOT the fighter. Manny has a history of doing this to fighter. See Cotto (had a million dollar penalty on him per lb).....And when was the last time Cotto failed to make weight?
.
It doesn't.

When Floyd was training for the Mosley fight, his response to statements regarding that Mosley was stronger and had more power than him were "this is boxing, not a weightlifting contest. Skills wins fights not muscles"
Why not have this same attitude towards Pac? PED's dont give u skill. PED's dont turn u into a master boxer. At the most it will give u more stamina and strength. If skills wins fights and not muscles/strength, then what's the problem since according to the Mayweathers, Pac aint **** and will be easy work?
Well well well, Where have you been Deev? Been a while! Back on your haterville thread making way concerning Mayweather? You have been truly missed by a lot of us who have been here since 2004-2005, We didnt forget all your threads on how Mayweather was scared of De la hoya/Hatton/cotto/Margarito or even Zab Judah...
Welcome back, I see you're on the Pacquiao gravy-train now, I guess hating is a full-time job...:lol1:

Translation: If Floyd is so good, he will fight and beat a juiced Manny Pacquaio.
Bump
....
and FLoyd grew up int the ghetto in Michigan
Grand Rapids is not nearly as bad as Floyd makes it seem. Last I saw, it was barely in the top 100 worst cities in America.
a stupid comment followed by another stupid comment
hahaha
wow
dude face the facts Floyd outsells Manny easily
the numbers arent that off but he easily outsells manny
if people really buy a floyd fight to see him lose then
1. that shuts up teh pac fan boys that say he fights nobodies because if they are paying $49.99 and up to see a man lose then he must be fighting someone that poses a threat
and
2. that goes to show you just how powerfull Floyd really is. If people are willing to waste their money on a fighter they dont like.
I cant stand Calzaghe and I never paid to watch him fight
like my homeboy Former San Francisco 49er coach Mike Singletary said
"Can't do it! Won't do it"!
. :lol1:lol, you got owned hard in this thread kid. Guess you'll start boycotting George Foreman grills now.
Someone quoted Pac himself saying straightforwardly that he is willing to accept all of May's testing demands just so the fight happens. Links to an interview and a Youtube video were provided. But still flomos refuse to accept the fact that Pac has agreed to take the test their boy was demanding. They would rather pretend that this is still 2010.
That tells you something about flomos' level of delusion.
if floyd is the greatest in his own mind he should be able to beat f*cking terminator version of pac with no problems!.
funny how he contradicts himself, discredicts pacs wins and his opponents but then calls pac cheater by him looking so good and beating up good opponents so convingly!.lol floyd"pac is 1d midget,i beat him easy"
floyd- "hes on riods, take a test"
floyd"im the greatest" despite not fighting manny without tests.
exactly thats what i dont get. Flomos and floyd ridicule pacs resume saying he beats shot weight draisdned fighters, then say he must be on something to beat all these guys. flomo are all contradiction with their arguements. like accussing pac with no evidence then saying its ok for floyd to take xycolaine before a fight. lol
As a man I stand corrected on part of my post. Manny would get paid part of the penalty that is set by the COMMSSION.
http://www.leg.state.nv.us/nac/NAC-467.html#NAC467Sec522
NAC 467.522 Forfeiture for failure to make weight. (NRS 467.030)

(a) Twenty-five percent of his purse if no lesser amount is set by the Commission’s representative; or
(b) A lesser amount set by the Executive Director and approved by the Commission,Ê unless the weight difference is 1 pound or less.
2. A forfeit must be divided equally between the other unarmed combatant and the Commission.
3. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3 of NAC 467.476 and subsection 2 of NAC 467.7956, if, during the 1 hour following the time of weighing in, an unarmed combatant is able to make the weight or weighs 1 pound or less outside the agreed limits, no forfeit may be imposed or fine assessed upon him.

No where in the NSAC rules does it say a fighter can name the penalty amount for the opponent not making weight. After reading that you can not tell me that Manny is not asking for extra outside the commission rules. They both asking for extra stuff.
What you're not getting though,
is this.
Manny is asking for something that is completely within the rules of the commission. Nowhere does it say a fighter can't make a request. It only says that the amount is set by the Executive Director and approved by the commission.
Floyd is asking to make his own rules. Manny is looking to abide by the ones already in place.
Mannys request - part of the commissions rules.
Floyds request - part of his own rules.
Mannys request - based on actual events.
Floyds request - based on nothing.
Try again.
