I am in better shape than him in terms of health and size but his stamina is better than mine and the majority of people in this thread. Most people here ( myself included) would colaspe from exhaustion in a 10 round fight.
toney is fat, there's nothing else that needs to be said about it. whether he has great stamina or not, he is obviously eating a whole lot more than he is burning off. he's in bad shape
certainly look better, but im certainly not as conditioned as he is. Look at Roy Nelson in the UFC, all his coaches will tell you he hangs with Lightweights for cardio sessions. Not all about appearance i guess.- never judge a book by it's cover. But then, he could stand to lose a few pounds
He's in awful shape. That being said, he's also fat. On top of that, he has rolls. Still, you have to understand that he's round in the midsection.
Just kidding. What I meant was that he needs to work out.....
Cause he is the opposite of fit and tone.
I look in better shape than James but the reality is that I wouldn't last a ten round boxing match. Under all that flab the man's definitely fitter than me.
Well, I sure look better than Toney, in a David Haye poser type of way, but I'd certainly struggle to complete a 10 rounder against anyone, regardless of skill. Being "in shape" is entirely dependent on the type of fighter you are. A fat Hatton would be horrendously out of shape for the type of fight he'd need to win. Likewise having a ripped beach muscle body would be all wrong for a high output fighter like Margarito. Toney's style is such (and his opposition so bad at this point) that he can afford to carry ridiculous levels of flab, because he doesn't need to move around a lot or throw a large number of punches.
