Man If Winky had Tito's power to go with his jab & defense, that's 1 fighter I think could go through any atg between 147-160 & come away undefeated.3 weight classes,2 fighters lets do it!!

You said 147- 160
The real Marvin Hagler would beat that Hybrid fighter IMO.
I would merge Marvin Hagler and Sugar Ray Leonard to rule 147-160
Marvin Haglers chin and power
SRL Handspeed, Mental toughness and everything else
Winky's style will always be beatable IMO regardless of how powerful.
Especially across 3 weight classes.
Yeah, as huge a Winky fan as I am his style wasn't THAT impregnable or hard to beat. Very difficult, but people could land on him.
Mayweather and Corrales both struggled against Castillo.
therefor, I would choose the all superior form of Castillo: Julio Cesar Chavez. and merge him...lets see...with Pernell Whitaker, since Corrales lost to a crappier Whitaker(Casamayor) and Mayweather struggled against Judah.
Whivez would pwnterate Mayrales!
I know this thread is just for fun, but Corrales' power would do nothing to Winky Wright.
If Winky and Corrales are the same weight, naturally, then Winky most definitely feels Chico's power.
Winky couldn't beat Jermain Taylor and fought a tough TRILOGY with Bronco Mccart.
Mayweather with Chico's power demolishes all fighters ever created.
Mayweather has cat like reflexes and can land punches that his opponents never see coming. Give him true punching power for whatever weight class he's in and I don't think he can be defeated.
If Mayweather had even Miguel Cotto punching power, fighters like Mosley, De La Hoya and Marquez would have been KO'd!
I mean how about a CottoRito, or CheatoKneegal if you may!? A 5' 8" unrelenting pressure fighter with a nasty left hook who where's knee pads, has bricks for hands and drinks ephedra packed coffee in between rounds. Also since it's a hybrid it wouldn't know what to do if a difficult situation would arise...sh!t CheatoKneegal might just bow instead of getting knocked out or taking a knee... :la:

If Tito had Winky Defense he would be undefeated at 147-160.
I'd take Floyd with Chico Corrales punching power.
That version of Floyd would have as many knockouts as wins. No boxer can stand up to that kind of offensive assault and defensive wizardry.
Tito with Winky's defense is still an aggressive, come-forward fighter. Floyd (with Chico Corrales punching power) keeps Tito (with Winky's defense) in a defensive shell all night long.
The fight would be similar to Pac-Clottey.
Give me Floyd Mayweather with Diego Corrales punching power at Lightweight. I'll take that fighter over any real or merged lightweight in the history of the sport.
Good points. He was but its not like any of those guys can't hit.
Leonard being a superb finisher, once he had him it was inevitable, and IMO his lack of stamina allowed him to get him.
Me personally to pick a weak spot on him would be his stamina. Obviously his chin was a liability but the whole 'Tommy Hearn's chin was so bad' is all just people following a myth IMO.
personally, I think his chin/overally durablitiy was worse than his stamina. I mean, other than the 1st Leonard fight, he really didnt run out of stamina.
Kinchen was a decent puncher, but not huge. I can definitely think of harder punchers, and Hearns was in lala land in their fight after getting dropped. the amount he grabbed was almost enough to be DQed. likewise with Roldan.
I think its more likely that a bigger puncher than Roldan/Kinchen would be able to rock Hearns than someone being able to drain Hearns late in the fight(which only happened once in his whole career). Hearns was too good of a boxer for that.
its certainly still a liability. Despite him only being stopped thrice in his prime, he was down agaisnt Leonard, Hagler, Barkley at 160, Barkley at 175, and Kinchen. as well as being rocked multiple times against Ray Leonard at 168lbs and Juan Domingo Roldan.
I dont think he had the worst chin ever, but if you had to pick a weak spot for him, that would have been it.
his stamina was much better at 154 and up than it was at WW.

well, i dont see a winky-trinidad merge beating a 154lb hearns, too much range and power to force his way in. Hagler could walk into winkydad and outhustle him on the inside. I can also imagine a prime mccallum able to pick winkydad apart, while still being able to evade his power. Lamotta would also be able to outhustle him.
Neither de la pacquiao isnt a very good infighter, and also could be outjabbed and outboxed by a good counter puncher. Dlp has great stamina but it started to run out against morales and marquez.
lmao!!!!!!!!!
You think his chins that bad? I think thats kind of a myth IMO.
As I said other than 2 occasions the only time he was stopped was due to stamina issues. A hearns with never ending stamina would have beaten Sugar Ray on that night.
Your right though he pretty much struggles to lose at 154 already. But with stamina? Hard to see him lose at 154 IMO.

hmm. that wouldnt improve his chin nor stop him from losing in an infight, similiar to the Barkley rematch. then again, who exactly could have beaten him at the weight....
maybe McCallum. Jackson always has a shot, as does Robinson...thats about it though.
