When thinking about who can beat Tommy Hearns the first thing you need to look at is can the other guy get inside without getting his head taken off then fight from there. Fighting Hearns from the outside is a loosing proposition for nearly all fighters.

Yes Hearns was good against wild fighters and he had a semi decent attack but Sturm is on a different level when it comes to technical skills. He would jab Hearns' head off and make him look like an overgrown sperm, Sturms by KO round 10, a vicious jab would most likely end the night and Sturm but would still not get credit because he's German and people would say Hearns was always a bum.
