7 Days blood cutoff w/ unlimited urine and immediate blood test after the fight!

The purpose of the test is not really to catch anything...The purpose is to try as much as possible to avoid cheating in the sport. I mean if I'm an athlete and I'm doping...Then they tell me I have to take OST, I will stop doping cuz' I don't want to get caught. Only a fool will keep on doping. You get what I'm saying? USADA didn't tell Floyd nor Mosley about the 18 day cutoff...So basically after the last blood test. Floyd and Mosley didn't know that was the last blood test...They could have very well been blood tested again. They didn't find out after the fact. There is the difference. Because, when asked for a cutoff you would know when exactly the last possible test will happen BEFORE the fact. With Floyd and Shane didn't know when the last test would happen until AFTER the fact. Do you see the difference now?

Thing is, I doubt Pacquiao would accept that, even though word is that was requested. The only reason they would demand that is because they know Mayweather's gonna reject it regardless. we could use the same flomo logic on why wifebeater would even request OST. And, didn't Arum tell the LA times it was "14 day cutoff" not 7 like Koncz said? then don't you think its fishy for floyd to say yes to 14 days cutoff, and then for no reason whatsoever, no scientific, factual or even logical reason whatsoever, REFUSE the 7 day cutoff Pac offered? The reason is, Manny refused 14 days, Floyd took the offer off the table (Meaning, 14 day cut off is no more), months later Manny (Who already knew that Floyd had already took the deal off the table offers a 7 day cut off.
