Anyone who feels this isnt fair enough to get the fight done, either doesnt want to see Floyd fight Pac or is a blinded Floyd fan who cares more about him than the sport and possible biggest most anticipated fight since Ali/Frazier.
Once again: Random olympic style blood testing up until 7 days prior to fight night, along with unlimited urine tests and an immediate blood test following the fight.
If there's anyone who thinks Pac is going to turn into some sort of wrecking machine with just a few days of juicing while risking testing positive for a post fight blood test is just a plain idiot!
USADA stopped taking blood 18days out.
this means they were confident enough that urine can catch any prohibited drugs up until the fight.
if they weren't, and may or mosley tested positive AFTER the fight, then USADA will be in a bad light for not testing 18days into and allowing any fighter to cheat in that window.
so what's wrong w/ 7 days?
egg-fuking-xactly!!!!

The purpose of the test is not really to catch anything...The purpose is to try as much as possible to avoid cheating in the sport.
I mean if I'm an athlete and I'm doping...Then they tell me I have to take OST, I will stop doping cuz' I don't want to get caught. Only a fool will keep on doping. You get what I'm saying?
USADA didn't tell Floyd nor Mosley about the 18 day cutoff...So basically after the last blood test. Floyd and Mosley didn't know that was the last blood test...They could have very well been blood tested again.
They didn't find out after the fact.
There is the difference. Because, when asked for a cutoff you would know when exactly the last possible test will happen BEFORE the fact. With Floyd and Shane didn't know when the last test would happen until AFTER the fact.
Do you see the difference now?
Thing is, I doubt Pacquiao would accept that, even though word is that was requested. The only reason they would demand that is because they know Mayweather's gonna reject it regardless.
we could use the same flomo logic on why wifebeater would even request OST.
The only reason maytroller would demand OST is because they know Pac's gonna reject it regardless.
On the real, Pacquiao wants nothing to do with olympic style drug testing.
I can reverse your logic and apply it to wifebeater too...
On the real, Wifebeater wants nothing to do with Pac.
I can spin shiit just like you.
but in the end, you have to admit, that a 7 day cut off is better than a 14 day cut off offered in the 1st round of negotiations, and both are superior to the 18 day cut off of the mayweather/mosley fight.
thank you..the 2nd negotiation isnt even worth discussing cause no 1 knows the actual details
it establishes the fact that team wifebeater are liars and what they say cannot be trusted.
The "negotiations" were verified by Greenburg.
But, the "7 day cutoff" was not verified by Greenburg.
That came from Koncz mouth, after the fact that Pac said there was no cutoff. And, didn't Arum tell the LA times it was "14 day cutoff" not 7 like Koncz said?
That whole team has a different story...Which is pretty weird.
that's not the point... the point is that flomos have no right to call team pac liars when team wifebeater are liars.
but let's just look at the statement shall we... a 7 day cut off is still better than a 14 day cut off offered in the 1st round of negotiations and both are better than the 18 day cut off in the trollweather/mosley fight.

To me neither guy really wants the fight.
If Pac really wanted to fight Floyd. He could drop the whole cutoff demand.
If Floyd really wanted to fight Pac. He would accept the "7 day" cutoff or the "14 day cutoff" whichever one it was.
But, neither one really wants the fight IMO.

lols... the 2nd round of negotiations was verified... arum attested to it and greenburg backed him up.... and yet team wifebeater (schaefer, ellerbe, and trollweather) lied and said there were no negotiations....
you flomos have no legs to stand on talking about liars...
still, a 7 day cut off is better than an 18 day cut off.

first of all im no flomo..i dont give a sh1t bout these dumbass wars ya'll got going on..fact is it verified that no 1 talked to floyd..no 1..arum uses floyd as a smoke sreen whan all the while he already has a top rank fightet lined up for manny...doesn manny wanna fight floyd ??yes..but arum wants all fight in house and thats a fact
it funny how its up surd and all that bad stuff but when pac agrees to it,it will be ok.........followin ass people, smh
its absurd that a 14 day cut off was ok in the 1st rounds of negotiations... but now a 7 day cut off is unreasonable. followin ass people, smh
thats 7 day thing isnt verified..it came from konz's mouth..and hes a known lier

so many words written and you failed to answer a simple question.
typical.
why was 14 days acceptable then and why isn't it acceptable now?
and your answer?
"manny fukked up. he should have taken the 14".
ah well. that kind of reasoning is to be expected from people like you. i guess its my fault for actually expecting a logical response.
yep... flomos don't understand that the significance of the 14 day cut off maytroller initially asked for.
if 14 days was good enough in the initial rounds... then a 7 day cut off should be more than adequate.
And that's your opinion, a twisted and fan boy opinion but I'll respect it.

then don't you think its fishy for floyd to say yes to 14 days cutoff, and then for no reason whatsoever, no scientific, factual or even logical reason whatsoever, REFUSE the 7 day cutoff Pac offered?
The reason is, Manny refused 14 days, Floyd took the offer off the table (Meaning, 14 day cut off is no more), months later Manny (Who already knew that Floyd had already took the deal off the table offers a 7 day cut off.
Manny and all of team Pac knows Floyds terms, they refused it before and that was the chance they needed for as cut off.
sure, Pac didn't accept the 14 days when it was offered,
If you know this fact then why are you questioning Floyd, the better person to ask or question is Manny.
but if 14 days was acceptable to floyd then, why isn't it acceptable now?
Because Manny turned down the offer on the table, now it's gone.
It's not a matter of it being good enough (Stop going back to that)...
did floyd suddenly receive some new information? was there a sudden scientific breakthrough? was there a new kind of PED developed? was there some earth-shattering, mind-boggling, game-changing development in the world of boxing to justify this mystifying change of stance in floyd?
Nope, Manny fukkd up, he should have taken the 14.
in short, the only reason floyd no longer accepts the 7 day cutoff is simply because he doesn't want to fight Pac.
And that's your opinion, a twisted and fan boy opinion but I'll respect it.
