Glen Johnson vs Carl Froch - Who Wins?

im super excited for this matchup. id favor froch, hes younger and a bit more polished as far as boxing skills go. ive been a huge froch fan since i seen him KO taylor live at foxwoods im praying they bring this fight to foxwoods or mohegan sun

I have Froch winning this, but i don't think it will be an easy fight.

He's not getting a decision, no matter how well he fights, and it would shock the hell out of me if he actually put Froch down, so Froch will win. Won't shock me to see Johnson fight well enough to earn the decision and get robbed, since that's usually what happens when Glen is in position to cash in.

Froch by stoppage. Glen's old and campaigning in an alien weight division. Froch is the strongest 168er out there. Glen's a great fighter but this is hard work for him.

i'm not really sure. i think it will be a good close fight though. im rooting for johnson (no homo)

not a big froch fan but the things he does well does not suit glen johnsons style, froch has good footwork, ok speed, ok power and great conditioning and chin... the jab can control johnson who his methodical in his approach but now starting to become a little predictable.. every fight johnsons in his always always tough and i dont doubt froch will have to dig in deep but he his too young for johnson and i see froch winning a wide ud his shot selection and his under rated boxing skills will lead him to a relatively easy victory johnson does not have blinding foot or hand speed and he dont have that great power so the problems he poses wont be a problem for froch to get past!!

froch has stated it has to be in ameirca i think,well its something like that at the moment. i think who ever uses the best game plan will win,or if both fail with gameplans it will be a war!.notice how both dig those chins down. i think froch needs to show johnson just how old johnson really is,he needs to get off first,set a high pace,dont let johnson breath and have time to think,use that jab and keep johnson on the outside,bang to the body all the time. use those straight 1-2 punch combinations and use movement away from johnson after getting off,circle and dont stay still and right infront of johnson,use range well,stay out of range for first half of fight.only get closer once johnson is tiring and hurt. dont show too much of himself for johnson to come with his right hands.maybe his guard will be higher this time? maybe froch will circle in the way so johnson cant get those right hands off and will get countered every time if he tries,counteres with from the hip punches that he wont see coming. i think froch will look for sneaking in big uppercuts off of the jab. he has the power,and decent enough speed and movement to stop johnson coming forward and make the fight not so close on the cards.

I hope Glen Johnson wins, but I think Froch will win a close points decision.

Close fight. Will be interesting what the odds will be set at. Would have to slightly favor Froch.

I would favor the youth of Froch here. Johnson will make it close but Froch should prevail in the end.
