How can you possibly have Vitali higher than Wlad using that criteria? Vitali hasn't even been consistently fighting in this era, while Wlad has been here and been wiping out everyone for like 7 or 8 years. Even by this criteria, Ali would be the best since he spent the two best decades of heavyweight talent in history dominating.
