eh, hes not bad. his fighters seem more well conditioned than skilled to me, most the time. and he also picking up a lot of natural talent...guys that already are physically gifted to begin with. hes a very good trainer in terms of teaching his fighters the basics. which fits for a lot of fighters. he does a good job, although I think a fair amount of credit is due to his conditioning coach as well. I personally think Arcel and Futch top him though, in terms of taking raw guys and transforming them into unique, multidimensional skilled fighters. I think Roach himself calls Futch the best trainer of all time.
