Having a huge head is a sign of using roids, just look at how Bonds head grew over the years. Funny thing is Bonds or Mosley were never caught using PED's with urine tests. They were snitched on. In the Olympics, you don't have to be snitched on, because there's blood tests, which are able to catch advanced PED's that urine testing can not catch.
