Former world junior middlweeight champion Fernando "El Feroz" Vargas is the 50th person to make the Las Vegas Walk of Fame and the first boxer to get the 200lbs plus granite star to be set in front of the NewYork, New York hotel and casino tomorrow morning, He also announced his comeback fight at age 33 vs Henry Buchanan on April 16, at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Local politicians dubbed todoay, Fernando Vargas day in Sin City.

Hmm It's sad to see him continue his career when clearly he is shot, but then again he has been away from the game for a while (albeit following a KO loss against Mosley and a desicion loss against Mayorga) so maybe in some ways his battery has been recharged but either way I wish him the best though and who knows he may have another big fight left in him:boxing:
