What do you think it would have to be to make it a sucess? I think that anything over 10K would be a sucess.
I say with the walk up attendance that it will be anywhere from 5-6K. Still crazy that this damn fight is in Detroit in the dead of winter.
I hope they get to 8k but I am thinking 4k if they are lucky.
I agree, this fight should have been fought in St. Louis. They would have sold out the arena easily and Nelly could have performed pre or post fight. Bradley's handlers thought he would get jobbed if they fought there.
As far as the promoters are concerned they are getting theirs no matter where the fight is held, thanks to HBO.
Truthfully, it's not looking too good. They were hoping for atleast 8,000. Now, it seems they'll be lucky to get around 5,000.
Hopefully they get more..
Regardless, I think it'll be around the 3,500-4,000 mark. It's not the worst number in the world, considering where they are fighting. However, they could of had a chance at tripling that number had they fought in St. Louis or maybe double that if it was in California.
Bad move by the promoters.

The last 3 fightS attendance . Average about almost 5,000
Mentinez /Paul 4.045
Khan and mAidana low 5,000 something
JMM and k. 4,000 something.
Only Floyd and manny fans are spending?
We heard 300 something Were only sold early
But they came back saying they were up to 3000.
