Which fight would you watch?
For me, it's actually a very tough decision. I have a feeling Donaire wins and I believe Bradley takes it. However, the fights themselves could still be explosives. All involved have weaknesses, all involved have a lot to prove. It's a tough call. However, in the long run............
Bradley and Alexander get the nod. Simply because of the significance that fight holds for the sport at this point.
Poll to come. Discuss.
your reply is full of bullsh*t... P4P is based on who have you beaten/wins and losses plain and simple... you're pretty much tryna say it's based off "potential"... GTFOH with that bull****... For donaire to be ranked over Bradley and Wlad is a fkn travesty.. hell he was ranked over Martinez until a couple months ago... I never said he was a bum I said I don't see what's the hype about him he hasn't done much at all to be ranked #5 p4p... idiots these days i swear
Bull $hit, pfp has no meaning in the real world, none. It's based purely on opinion of how fighters would perform if they were the same size.Because there are weight classes so obviously Wlad Klithc can't fight Marquez a series of experts gets together & debates who would win if Wlad was a small as Marquez or vice versa.

Once and for all.the winner of Bradley/Alexander must be on top 10 of pound for pound rankings.Donaire if he win against Montiel will deserved of where he is now and will silence his critics. If he lose, then let be it and accept that Montiel is the better fighter.Let us just wait and see at end of march who are rights ang wrongs among critics and fans of the fighters...anyway criticizing is part of our democratic life ..but we dont need to abuse it by offending fans and fighters...cant wait!!!

You can swear all you want to, the fact of the matter is that I'm right. p4p is about achievement, yes. But, it's also about upside and skills, as well as the "if everyone was the same size, who wins" argument.
You can't be sure of that, so you're taking essentially an educated guess. You use wins and losses to come with this, yes. You also use potential and skill.
Theoretically, if wins and losses were all that mattered, an over the hill fighter that had beaten a lot of great fighters but was well past his prime could/would be rated the best. Would that make sense? Of course not.
It's not just one category like resume. It's a bunch of different things. Of course, none of this will matter, but it's still the truth.
Add Raul Martinez who was a solid undefeated contender at the time. He just got blown away so nobody remembers him.
Yes he did, I have actually had conversations with Raul. He's from here in San Antonio.
He's actually back in the title picture. He's Christian Mijares mandatory.
I
True, but he absolutely destroyed a very solid opponent last time out in Siderenko a former champ. Nobody beat Siderenko like Donaire did.
Don't get this twisted, Bradley-Alexander is a hell of a fight. And, if that is the one you prefer then fine. However, don't act like it blows Montiel-Donaire out the water cuz' it doesn't.
And, this post kind of shows a little bit of your ignorance to the smaller weight-classes.

Alexander-Bradley for me, solely because I'm a Bradley fan and I have emotional attachment to the fight, while I'm not a fan of either Montiel or Donaire.

Actually P4P was created in terms of mythical fantasy match ups.
Where if everything was equaled between natural size, height, reach, weight, everything equal who would win in terms of skill and styles.
That is the true definition, that is how it was created.
EX: Joe Louis would of KO'd SRR. However, if everything was equaled P4P who wins?
You get what I'm saying? No need to act like a douche and insulting with your response. Smart guy :boxing:
And, for the record the term P4P wasn't invented cuz' of SRR. I just used him as an example because he is the most popular fighter connected to that term.
I can't even take this question seriously...
I know right...
Bradley-Alexander hands down,
Oh wait....What?
two proven champions
Even though Donaire doesn't hold one of those bogus belts(which seems to impress you) at 118. Aren't Montiel and Donaire just as proven if not more so than Bradley-Alexander? At least over Alexander no?
ranked 1 and 2
In who's ranking? Yours?
in the most loaded division in boxing...
Well 118 is the most loaded division in all of boxing. Is the best division hands down right now.
Donaire I've never seen the hype around this guy EVER... been living off beating Darcynian for what like 3 years now

Aside from your obvious Donaire hate, explaining it to you wouldn't solve anything.
Regardless...... I will.
p4p isn't only on who you've beaten. It's your upside, your skills and everything rounded out.
Donaire has incredible speed and decent power and is almost always in good shape. Decent fundamentals and can counter punch well. He also can flurry and throw a decent combination.
Also, aside form the big win over Darchinyan, he is lacking in big wins. However, that could change with beating Montiel then the winner of the Bantamweight tournament. So, his upside is clearly there. Especially considering that he could be favored to win both.
p4p isn't just wins and losses. I'll await your continued hate and am anxious to see how you say none of this matters/is true and that Donaire is and will always be a bum.....
ahaha I could have not said it any better than this.:boxing:
2 great fights. i'm actually looking fwd to Montiel - Donaire more. i have a feeling bradley & alexander is going to be a bit of a boring fight...i have Alexander winning that one, but i'm unsure on Montiel vs Donaire and thats why i want to watch it so much lol
I would rather see both fights, but if I have to choose I have to go for Donaire vs Montiel, styles match-up between nonito and fernando promises and action fight ...

Nice reply. LOL :D :D :D
And also the biggest question in boxing isn't "is Manny Pacquiao on steroids" or "Is Floyd Mayweather scared to Pacquiao... The biggest mystery in boxing, the biggest question is, "HOW THE F*CK IS DONAIRE RANKED #5 ON THE P4P LIST"... please someone explain lmao
