Devon's speed, size, skills, & timing will be to much for Bradley. Devon looks so confident and relaxed. Bradley will walk into leather all night.
People now think Bradley will destroy Devon, just because Devon had a off night against the very tough & durable Kotenlink, in a fight which I still feel he just edged.
But are we forgetting about Timoth Bradley's off nights? Bradley was nearly KO'd in 1 round by the hot & cold Kendall Holt. Alot of people thought Kendall won that fight. The fight after Bradley, Holt was stopped & battered in 6 by Kaizer Mabuza.
Everyone has off nights or subpar performances, look at Amir Khan he got knocked out in 1 by a unranked contender. Devon still won his off night by UD. Thats says something.
Bradley could only beat Junior Witter on a SD. Someone who Devon battered and stopped in 7.
Alexander KO'd the iron chinned world champion Juan Urango. Urango had taken Ricky Hatton, & Andre Berto best shots, and both cound't even put him down never mind KO him like Devon did.
Tim Bradley hasn't stopped no one IN 4 YEARS. Devon has never been knocked down amatuer or pro, but yet some are saying Bradley will KO Devon? WTF???
I have no douts Devon will come away with the W and be known as #1 140lb'er.
Tim is gettin seriouly overrated. Come the 29th Devon gonna put a L on Mr Desert Storm's record.
I attended the Holt vs Bradley fight, and alot of the Canada fans booed the decision, and I actually read a few reports that felt Kendall nicked it with the knockdows, aswell as his late rally.
What's the probelm, because Tim was in a close were he nearly got his head knocked off? Tim is a good fighter, but is seriouly overrated.
Alot of Tim's fans aint gonna be happy come the 29th.
You must have been drunk lol..Holt was way out of that fight, the only thing he could hang his hat on was the konckdowns..Devon is a good fighter but imho Timmy B is just on another level..TBH a level that him and King Khan stand alone in,you'll see come the 29th..
it's a 50/50 fight imho, but I'm on the alexander bandwagon. I ain't gonna jump just cause bradley looked good in his last fight and alexander struggled. people have bad nights. styles make fights.
having said that, I definitely can see that if bradley takes the fight to devon and makes it a fight on the inside, i see bradley taking the fight. but if devon can keep bradley on teh outside he will win if he can avoid bradley's overhand right (his best punch) and bradley's left hook (his second best punch, but very sloppy and loopy).

Are you retarded? Nobody thought Kendal won that fight. Bradley got caught with a punch, recovered quickly then went on to dominate the fight because Kendall stopped throwing punches.
lets make a bet i will pm you.. for a reasonable financial bet between the 2 of us i got bradley.. im undefeated in bets and high profile marquee bouts so lets see if you could take my 0

did you create this account just to post dumb things?
wish you had something to wager
Devon has no defence as far as I can see. The first time he came up against a fighter who could handle his speed and power devon struggled bad. Most of the fighters who have fought devon so far have been reluctant to throw against him because of his speed and countering ability. In the witter fight both guys had problems landing, but witter throws wide looping shots so devon more often than not was beating him to the punch and getting the better of the exchanges. Against kotelnik who is a much more balanced fighter, kotelnik got his feet in range and let off combinations and it was alarming to me how easy it was for him to find the target especially with his jab. Devon was getting nailed with the jab and he is just a pretty upright fighter with no head movement.
Whether he learns from the mistakes in that fight remains to be seen. I see his athletiscism, speed, and general talent keeping him close, he has a good workrate too and in timmy's slower rounds I could see devon stealing a few, but he has no defence and bradley as long as he punches straight and uses his footwork I don't see him having any problems getting a decision.
1. Devon doesn't have any timing. He just throws his grunting jab out there hoping to keep fighters off balance. Won't work on Bradley.
2. The Kotelnik fight was not an off night. That's how Alexander ALWAYS fights. Kotelnik was just the first fighter capable of doing anything about it.
3. He's not half as skilled as Bradley, who can literally do anything in the ring stylewise, and I doubt he has that much a speed advantage. His size won't matter at all.
4. Bradley was not almost knocked out by Kendall Holt. He was knocked down, got up, and proceeded to beat his ass for twelve rounds. No one thought Holt won that fight, the f*** you talking about?
5. Alexander has shown no ability to adjust, and unless he developed that ability since the Kotelnik fight he is in for a long, hard night against Tim Bradley.
...Guaranteed.
Agreed on every point. Also, your sig is awesome with the exception of the Patriots picture.
devon is gonna win this i believe
im not 100% confident because it is a 50/50 fight but to me i think he is way more skilled than Bradley
Tim Bradley has average speed average power and he has been down before aswell
if devon didn't look like **** against Kotelnik i think more people would pick him to win this
but who did Bradley fight last Abregu? he's no where near Kotelnik's level he wasn't supposed to give Bradley any problems and Tim didn't exactly look a million dollars not to mention no one cares when he fights
if devon can avoid being butted (probably not as he is a southpaw and tim's orthodox) and cut early he can outboxed Bradley i believe
Bradley is a far better boxer than Alexander though. He has thoroughly outboxed guys expected to outbox him numerous times. Again, Devon didn't look like crap against Kotelnik, that's how Alexander always looks.
Abregu was a rough, bigger, welterweight and despite people acting like he really struggled Bradley won that fight quite convincingly.
I would love to hear someone explain how Alexander will outbox Bradley.
Devon didn't look too relaxed in the Kotelnik fight. He was jittery and jumping all over the place and, yup, walking into leather all night.
I don't think anyone seriously believes Bradley will "destroy" Devon, more likely just exploit his weaknesses and gut him out to a decision. The Kotelnik fight was more than just an off night, IMO. Alexander showed massive flaws in that fight and an inability to react positively or intelligently after Kotelnik started getting the better of him. Fights like this are more telling than a one round blowout like Khan Prescott are, which can happen to anybody.
Holt isn't a great fighter, but he has the advantage of an equaliser in his power, and the fact that Bradley was able to get up off the canvas twice to gut out a unanimous decision should be seen more as a plus than a minus. Also, like you said, Holt is a hot and cold fighter.
Silliness. That fight was fought in good old Blighty. In reality it was a UD, and anyone who saw the fight would know this.
I can't speak for anyone that thinks Tim will KO Devon, and honestly haven't read any posts seriously promoting the idea. Most agree it'll be a UD victory for Tim if he wins.
Devon's got power though, I'll give him that. The Urango stoppage was impressive but it's pretty much his only clean stoppage against a top level opponent to date. If he can get through to Bradley he can hurt him and possibly stop him. But looking at the outcome of this fight purely on the basis of who's stopped who is simplistic and a bit silly. Tim isn't known as a KO puncher. He outworks people to decisions, that's his game.
Cool. May the best man win.
Great break down brother...

Your arguments are incredibly weak. Nobody thought Holt beat Bradley, not even close. Holt did catch Bradley with an ungodly punch, and Timmy bounced right off the mat and beat the **** out of him. As for Holts next fight, THAT was a case of a man not showing up to fight.
As or Witter, Timmy went to England as a huge underdog and took his title on his home turf when Junior was the champion. Devon picked up what was left after Junior sat on the shelf for something like a year and a half.
Bradley doesnt stop people, and guess what? It doesnt matter. He wins.
