IMO
1 Devon Aexander
2 Timothy Bradey
3 Amir Khan
4 Marcos Maidana
thoughts?
*Khan has been knocked out cold once but maidana has been down more times from shots to the chin..Bradey took a monster shot from holt and went down but weathered it quite well, devon is untested really.
Maybe it's just me, but I seem to remember Ortiz having Maidana on the verge of quiting. His heart wouldn't let him, but he was close. The way Bradley handled himself in the Holt makes me want to put him in the top spot but I really don't know. The only thing I do know for sure is that Khan would be 4 of 4.
Maidana close quitting. LMFO
its about chins, not heart.
I agree with the last part tho.

I don't understand how people can rate Khan's chin above Maidana's. If Khan ate the punches he ate in the Ortiz fight he would have been dropped and stopped, if Khan ate the punches he was dishing out on Maidana he would have been on shaky legs throughout the fight.
Getting hit with a good shot then being on shaky legs for the entire round isn't a sign of a good chin, if anything it is a sign of heart.
devon's chin has not been tested as of yet
but from the top 5 guys, it would go something like this:
1. Kotelnik
2. Alexander (until proven otherwise)
3. Bradley
4. Khan (at 140, his chin seems to hold up just fine)
5. Maidana
Maidana's chin seems to give out on him at times, but he does have incredible heart. no matter how many times he's put down to the canvas he will always get back up. :notworthy
i had a tough time choosing between him and Khan, but i figured chin and heart are two different things.
Kotelnik has the best chin at 140. He has never been down in the pros or amatuers.
Thats a good shout. He certainly has the best defence imo.
Dont really know how to rank the others. Alexander's hasnt really been tested, I think he would've been stopped if Kotelnik had power. Bradley and Maidana probably have the best. Khan the worst, although it seems to have improved moving up.
1. Alexander. Only one that hasn't gone down.
2. Bradley. Took flush shots from Holt, was just fine.
3. Maidana. Like Bradley, has been just fine even when going down.
4. Khan. Only one who has been KTFO. Obviously not glass chinned, but sure as hell not strong.
1) Maidana (has a great chin, looked shaken at time against Khan, but that was from accumulation of punches)
2) Alexander (untested really, but dealt with Urango well enough)
3) Bradley (knocked down a few times but never looked out on his feet or anything)
4) Khan (can no longer be called "glass jawed" but still doesn't have a great chin. I don't think Alexander or Bradley can KO Khan though).
