Although David Haye may have exposed as little more than a big mouthed Englishman, it's also difficult somewhat to make out that Wladimir Klitschko is completely innocent. Although his legacy and domination is impressive there are still weaknesses in the resume of Wladimir, many of which will hang over his head even after he hangs them up for good. His dominance of a supposedly weak division won't help him be remembered and the fact he's a Eastern European rather than an American won't allow him the passes of fighters like Joe Louis who's “Bum of the Month” are generally worse than Wladimir's opponents. Though it may not be his opponents that hold him back from being a revered heavyweight.
