Tim Bradley "I have the style to beat Khan"

from the few bradley fights ive seen and by his record i just dont think he has the zip in his punches to stop khan. i see khan keeping him just out of range throwing his jab non stop.

anybody with a good punch can beat khan Well Maidana has one of the best punches and he didn't get it done.

Exactly. A fighter is supposed to think he's better than his opponent/potential opponent and will beat him. People were bashing Khan for saying he thought he could beat Mayweather. Granted, I think Khan gets whupped, but he's supposed to think he will win. Do we want athletes to concede their inferiority to their opponents? I would like that but only because I could say "hell no reason to even think betting on that man (or team)" In term of actual competition hell no I want to see confidence and bravado from a fighter, this is boxing not ballet.

Amir won the 11th round and round 12 is debatable. True story. Khan was still unloading on Maidana in both rounds

bradleys talkin to much about khan too soon. i see alexander beating him. and khan would hit him so many times and expose bradley good and proper. khans the fastest puncher in the division,that with his fast movement,and long reach means he can beat anyone,and i believe he will.

yeah cos Khan aint got no grit or will. did you see khan-maidana? khan got bludgeoned for an entire round by the hardest puncher in the division, and still stayed in there! Apparently thats only the 1/4 of the heart Bradley showed getting knocked down by Kendall Holt...:lol1:

Kotelnik has better power than his record indicates too, i wasn't downplaying Bradleys power by saying that, take a look at this clip, fast forward to about 8:00 There's no clip.

If he can get past Khan's jab then Bradley does have the perfect style to beat Khan. Khan can't fight on the inside to save his life and Bradley is probably the best inside fighter @ 140. This entire fight depends on Khan's jab. If it can't keep Bradley on the outside then I think Bradley wins easily. If it does than Khan might get a KO/TKO. Would be a great fight if it ever happens, IMO.

It's the punches you don't see that hurt the most. Sure, Maidana is a stronger puncher but he is slow and you can see them coming from miles away. So, against a guy like Khan he really isn't going to touch him. If Khan had good footwork and a better defense Maidana would of never got to him and that's why I know Khan isn't elite because Maidana did get to him. If he fixed these things he would beat Bradley but since he hasn't that's why Bradley will be a dangerous puncher against Khan. Bradley will be faster than Maidana and has the footwork to come in on better angles and touch Khans chin with shots he can't see. He might also make Khan respect the inside game so much so that he will be so focused in on trying to create space that his already leaky defense, leaks even more. Bradley just causes so many more problems to Khan than what Maidana does. Khan might not be kayoed in the fight but I certainly think he will be knocked on his ass. I have no doubt that Bradley is a more dangerous puncher to Khan. And if Khan gets rocked the way he did late in the Maidana fight dont expect him to be able to get away from Bradley and survive the round. Maidana was straight up and down and just plodded forward with his hands up, winging wild shots and adjusting his trunks every now and then. Bradley would cut of the ring and put Khan in a corner forcing either the referee or Freddy to stop the fight, or putting Khan down for a ten count.

Bradley is Kotelnik level of power, Khan took quite a lot of Kotelnik shots and wasnt hurt by them Bradley has better power than his record indicates and will set up his right hand so you don't see it coming. I wouldn't be surprised if Khan was hurt by a right hand that he didn't see, especially when he starts to tire late on.

Khan was rocked by counter punches from both Maidana and Prescott and Bradley is better at that than them, but obviously is not the same kind of puncher. Though if Bradley were to hurt Khan it wouldn't surprise me, but I don't think he's good enough of a finisher to take him out.

Bradley is a quicker puncher and he could score a flash knockdown on Khan but he hasnt got the power to hurt him badly and definitely not to finish him.

It'd be a debate you'd lose. Depends, Bradley is quicker, throws more and will some from different angles with more variety. So i can understand his point.

Bradleys been calling out Khan every day. If Khan ends up fighting Marquez he is going to look like a *****. People look way too deep into Khans skills. When you break it down it's still just a fight and a fight Bradley would win. Bradley is too hard nose and gritty for Khan to beat. Khan beating Maidana doesn't put to bed his chin problems in any way and I could debate that Bradley is a more dangerous puncher to Khan than Maidana is. It'd be a debate you'd lose.

He has a modicum of power then yes I guess he has the style to beat Khan.

He forgot to mention wat specifically about his style will win him the fight. Well thats the 'headbut' style!
