What boxer do you LOVE to HATE...?

Im not a big fan of Amir Khan. He is an excellent boxer and has hooked up with a good team but im hoping someone knocks him out again soon. I dont care if its Maidana 2, Judah, Bradley, Alexander, Mayweather. Anyone.

I don't particularly care for glass jawed,cherry picking leeches,that spent their entire career avoiding the big punchers of his era,only ever meeting one after being forced into doing so,and then letting others clear the division and fight the dangerous contenders that he was too afraid to fight A classic example of one fighter being elevated far above the level that he actually belongs simply due to his association with another fighter. Of course,I wouldn't want to name any names..........*see signature* Roberto Duran is another that I don't care too much for.I don't dispute his greatness,I just don't care for his apologist fanbase that attempt to make those most ridiculous excuses for him at every opportunity. I've always found his style very ugly to watch for much of his career,too.He was certainly skilled and well-rounded,but so many of his fights consisted of sustained mauling rather than sustained punching. I actually found him a little more enjoyable to watch when he moved up rom the lightweight and welterweight classes.Once he moved up,he had to use his boxing ability and intelligence - like in his fights with Davey Moore,Robbie Sims and Iran Barkley.

One just popped in my head. OMG.... I F'n hate Kevin "Kingpin" Johnson. That no show vs Vladmir (or was it Vitali) I can't remember. That crap that took place in Germany. Hands down the biggest no-show in boxing history. It looked like the Ukranian mafia got to him...not one punch, not even 1 meaningful punch. And then to add insult to injury, he tried to talk smack at the post fight conference. A couple of weeks later he blogged on another boxing forum how he was making a comeback after losing that title shot and the posters lambasted him. I have never seen so much venom directed at 1 boxer before like I did in his blog. The boxing public TRASHED him. He hasn't been able to get a meaningful fight since. Worse than Allan Green's no-show against Ward.

John Ruiz was very easy to dislike, for his style, and dramatic acting. Kirk Johnson hit him around the hip, and Ruiz falls down and starts grabbing his balls.

I Really dislike Pacquiao right now. I would have to say its mainly due to the latest fights arum has brought since De la hoya. I feel Pacquiao Has a lot of say but these past 6 fights have been lack luster. He needs to fight quality opponents that can give him a fight and not has beens. Once he starts fighting better fighters i will give him his due.

Clifford Ettiene - the only boxer ever to be "out cold" and yet still manage to take out his F*cking gum shield during the count. the sight of that still sickens me to this day.

Dont hate but dislike Margo, after the whole fiasco he still hasn't come clean. Bob Arum and his crap cards and matchups. David Haye, all talk and no substance. I don't even read anything anymore that has to do with him. Khan redeem himself when he fought against Maidana.

I have to go with Joan Guzman at the moment, like I said in numerous threads I can’t think of another fighter who was given more chances to redeem himself only to make a farce of himself and the sport of boxing. Brandon Rios is slowly getting there for me as well and it’s not because of his fighting style it’s more because he chooses to carry himself in this Fernando Vargas persona.

Give me a boxer's name and why you hate him. I expect the usual suspects to pop up like PBF, Margarito, Brandon Rios, JCC Jr., Joan Guzman, JuanMa Lopez, Kermit Cintron, David Haye, Celestino Caballero, etc etc. But I am curious to are who else makes the list. For me, it's hands down Joan Guzman. It bothers me greatly that he cares little for making weight then has the audacity to ask for all the big names. I see him as a spoiled, lazy, fat, bum. I dont hate on fighters. I hate crooked up referees and judges. I hear you, after the Khan-Maidana fight I am starting to see what people have said about Joe Cortez for years. He might not be 100% crooked but he does seem to protect the fighter signed to the promotor who's cutting the check. And I guess I have a problem with the Texas commission as a whole. Those MF'ers are about as crooked as they come.
