Why did NSAC order a random urine test only for Manny and Floyd?

Ok, so who ordered the Margarito extra tests before the Manny fight? Did the commish order that to? Don't try to twist the fact, orange is orange not apple. Those test is not like a blood draining tactic used by Floyd against Shane!

Thats real bright isnt it , saying he will do what the rules say he MUST do , what else is he going to say lol ,, its a throw away statement used as a throw off to avoid being tested in a much more advanced system and OST is so much harder of a test to get around if you were inclined to cheat , Manny refuses OST unless he can water it down to suit himself , bad move in the public eye and it brought a lot of suspicion to his door . doesn't every boxer have to take a piss test? NSAC does pre and post piss tests, this was a extra test. Floyd and Manny were not even scheduled to fight

You can look at it that way (they were singled out), but the order came from NSAC and not from any particular boxer. Manny already states many times before that he will comply to any form of testing if it is mandated by the commission in charge.But 7 days is not mandated by the commish but kontz says he'll do 7 day cutoff (Atfer declining 14 days, and Floyd taking the offer off the table after the Mosley fight)... But why are you cool with the commish singling out Manny? Cause the commish ruled it, but they ruled to single out Manyy all the same... rite?

One of the PacTardz beefs with OST is "It should be for every fighter, not just 2 guys.' But NSAC ordered Manny and Floyd (Just those 2 guys) to undergo a random urine test. Manny and Floyd wer'nt even signed to a fight at the time, so why the random tests? And why were Pactards ok with it being just those 2 guys and not all boxers? no...one of the problems of pacfans with bloodtesting is that pac has had bad experineces with it he does'nt feel 100% himself when taken so close to the fight.....floyd knows this , exactly why he demanded it......fukk USADA and floyd with this garbage... But it kills the argument if on one hand Pactards are cool with extra testing, but not cool with extra testing at the same kind rite? The argument was the commission does it and enforce it and not fighter. Is the argument flawed? Sure... But, to answer your question that you asked...The answer cuz it was the commission. So in that sense in doesn't kill the argument. And, is where your thread fails. Now what would kill that argument would be, is that who demand 10mil per penalty? Let the commission handle that since they want to go by the commissions rules. Or why insist on extra testing(Margarito fight), let the commission handle that. You see the difference?

I think it was cuz the State Athletic Commission issued it. But, they did it just to look good I think, it was stupid and a waste of time for them to do it. But, whatever.
