I been thinking about what good is gonna come from Haye unifying belts in early/mid 2011, then retiring and vacating them later in the same year. Do you think Wlad would retire if Haye destroys him? I could see him hanging around until Haye leaves then regaining a title. Vitali, I could see him retiring if Haye smashes him.
The ideal scenario I suppose is that Haye beats Wlad into retirement then retires himself. Then we can get to see some young unbeaten fighters at the top of the division fighting for the titles. Odlanier Solis, Alexander Povetkin, Dereck Chisora, Denis Boytsov, Kubrat Pulev, Tyson Fury, Manuel Charr etc. Would be even better if one of these guys can upset Vitali and chase him off into retirement too.
Maybe so but eventually Wlad will retire, and what will you and all the rest of the klit-ites do then? When the Klitschko's retire Deontay Wilder, Seth Mitchell, Joe Hanks and maybe even Eddie Chambers(whos still young) will take over. And you klit-ites will be ****ed.
When the Klitschkos retire I'll keep following boxing of course, especially the HW division which is my favourite. I doubt very much any of those guys are going to take over, especially with guys like Pulev, Boytsov (if he manages to get his career back on track after recovering from injury), Helenius and the rest of the european amateur standouts. And of course the cubans like Luis Ortiz or Mike Perez. Only Chambers impresses me of the americans and when the Klitschkos retire he'll be fairly old so if he does take over it'll not be for a long time.
Not like it matters, if americans really do take over I'll not mind, unlike you I don't judge fighters by their nationality.
I won't dissapear, I will simply start rooting for the next guy that's gonna fight Klitschko... and then if that guy loses I'll start rooting for the next guy and the next guy and the next guy. I'd support literally anybody over a Klitschko :cool2:
You'll get disapointment after disapointment and will be fuming creating threads saying the Klitschkos are **** proving how pathetic you are, works for me too :lol1:
wlad wouldnt retire...vitali might
according to big vit haye has been presented with a no-rematch clause agreement in the contract so haye can very well do as he pleases
he wont gain anything from retiring after beating them though

For this hypothetical Klitschko-hater wet dream scenario of yours two things will have to actually come about: 1) Gaye actually gets in the ring with either Klitschko 2) Gaye beats one of them. The chance of the first one happening is less than remote as the last 3 years have shown. The chance of the second, is even less likely.
So enjoy the Klitschkos ruling the HW division for another couple of years while Diva is off doing D-level straight- to-DVD movies in Hollywood.
Also one question to the TS: Why would you want guys like Povetkin, Solis, Chisora, and Fury ruling the division? One can't even find his balls to take a mandatory shot for $3 million and now wants to go back to the amateurs, another is an obese tub of lard who has admitted that he hates boxing, the third beats women and bites and kisses other fighters, and the last punches himself in the face while fighting and is worse than Valuev. What's wrong with the Klitschkos?
I just can't even imagine Haye troubling Vitali.
I can imagine Haye making Vitali do the chicken dance tbh. If Haye could land clean it would be a shocker. Either of the Klitschko's gets sparked out if Haye can hit the target.
Depends how he knocked him out (Wlad)
I think if Haye wins it will be a really humiliating loss for Wlad. Either the 1st or the 2nd round.
If Haye does win against Wlad which is unlikely it will be BIG and EARLY.
It's hard to rematch that kind of defeat.
I just can't even imagine Haye troubling Vitali.
Vitali would. Win or lose his next fight could be his last. Not Wladimir though. Wlad-Haye is huge. Wlad-Haye 2 with Wlad fighting to avenge a KO loss is even bigger than that.
Its hard to say if they would retire. If Wlad got KO'd, and that's a huge possibility, I think he would retire. Last time he got beat, it took him 2 years to get the balls to fight again. He doesn't have two years to waste anymore. Vitali being 39 would retire and say he lost because father time caught up with him. But what ever happens, true Klitschko fans will be very nervous the night Haye fights their man.
I dont think so, Haye seem hellbent on retiring in october, And i think he would only end up fighting one of the Klits (Probably Wlad), If Haye wins he doesnt have to rematch Vitali or if he loses he goes away loaded.
