Any fool can see when Floyd agreed to pay $10 million for a weight penalty he was dead serious about taking the fight. And he accepted that stipulation with no hesitation.

FACT: * OST's are HARMLESS !! * OST's will be mandatory within a couple of decades * OST's are mandatory NOW in ALL top amateur sports, incl boxing But this is the main point..... * Currently, if an amateur athlete avoids or obstructs an OST request, they are JUDGED GUILTY, by the sanctioning body, and by the public in general. THE SAME WILL HAPPEN in a few years, because OST's will be mandatory at that point in time. In the future, boxing fans will wonder why Manny insisted upon a cut-off date. It will seem bizarre, because..... a.) there is no such thing as a cut-off date for OST's b.) EVERYBODY will be taking OST's as per regulation, at that point in time Tell me ALG..... It took Mosley to leave GBP's, lose to Floyd, Draw with Mora and probably sign a contract to fight UNDER the banner of Top Rank in order for Bob to say "YES" to. That is speculation.. Tell me otherwise that Pac is using... If he passed the test, then he passed the test... So he is clean at least at this point... Again, with that statement, you're either stating that Mosley is clean or Pacquiao is cheating, it's up to you.

A first-world commission using a first-world lab in a first-world country like the U.S.of A. is being questioned here, WTF is that??!!! The USADA is also an american company, how can they assure as that their method is not FLAWED!!! You are no different from Roger Mayweather accusing Manny of taking an Ancient Filipino drug that will enable the user to withstand 45 caliber bullets, WTF is that??!! And to say that this 500 year old drug is undetectable with present day, state of the art methods of drug testing is completely ABSURD and STUPID!!! What the hell are you talking about?

Me??? I'm used to seeing Mexicans with no amateur background learn everything along the way as they fight pro. And we're not talking maturing, we're talking MASSIVE 9 DIVISION PHYSICAL MATURING **AFTER 21 YEARS OF AGE** and going from being the 2nd best flyweight(at 21) in the Phillipines(at best) and losing to a Thai who was originally 2 divisions smaller and who walked through his punches..... to being an ATG WORLDWIDE who destroyed great fighters while moving up 9 divisions. We do not have to go round and round like the others, but your logic is flawed because the Boxing commission(e.g. New Jersey, California, Texas, Nevada) tests are flawed. And that is a fact and has been proven. Therefore, we cannot prove that Manny Paquiao is clean by passing a test held by any of the boxing commissions in America. So, stating that Manny is clean because he has never failed a drug test is not a fact, but your opinion. Do you mean to say That ALL the boxers on a NON OST test MUST BE ON Peds just like Pac?

My post was not speculation. It is a fact that the tests given by the boxing commissions is flawed in testing for present day drugs. That is not arguable. I do not have provide quotes that Manny is clean or dirty. Your point was that Manny Pacquaio is clean because he has passed every test. I showed you the flaw in your argument.
