It's easy to say Mayweather would win after he put on a masterclass.
Can't you just say it was a great win instead of trying to discredit and hate a person you've never met?
It was a good win, against a decent welterweight. The Mosley win was a great win, against the BEST welterweight.
But, is nothing to really brag about especially when Hatton said 147 was too much for him prior to the Floyd fight and also when the other fighter is coming off a lost to a journeyman. And, nobody can even make a case that it was a bad decision.
I agree but still there solid wins imo and i think the Hatton win is a little underrated looking back at it.
He almost lost to Collazo the fight before he fought Mayweather. Anyone with a brain knew Mayweather would win that fight.

It's easy to look back and try to change history.

he woulda been gassed in 2 rds !!!
You also have to look at how Mayweather neutralized Mosley's attack. Hatton is incapable of all that. He doesn't have the strength, defense or Mayweather's counter punching ability. A tired Mosley would be a lot more active against Hatton simply because Hatton's style is to go in/ wrestle, Shane is constantly gonna be in range to land his power punches.
It was a great win, I think people down play the win now that Hatton is washed up.
At that time Hatton was unstoppable.
So unstoppable Luis Collazo arguably beat him.
thank uuuuu
floyd beat a fuking beast that night and no one gives him credit

No way man, he'd have to get in Mosley's range. Shane would murder him. That holding isn't gonna work either, Mosley is far too strong.

Prime Hatton at 147 would have destroyed Mosley.

u people are really sick in the head if u dont think hatton did better than mosley and marquez put together ...imagine if shance took one step forward after the 2nd he woulda been layed out by floyd they both ran like *****es hatton fought his heart out n went out like a man not punk like marquez and mosley
imo on that night that prime ricky floyd fought would have defeated both the shane and marquez floyd fought ...not the shane that beat dlh or the marquez that draw pac ...think ab it seriouslt put ur silly hate aside and use ur brain!!!!!!!!!
So when floyd came off his 2 year layoff and shut shane up 11.5 rounds to .5 rounds you said shane was old. Now your retracking and saying it was his best fight at WW?? Floyd dominated shane, marquez them boys was no where near his caliber. Hatton at less showed some difficulty and watching floyd pick him apart was amazing...
watch round 8...just a glimpse of floyd at his best...
I think it all depends on ones criteria.
:lol1: :lol1:

Seriously, what?
Floyd Mayweather Jr., after two years away from boxing, came back and utterly embarrassed and dominated the consensus best welterweight in the world. That Shane Mosley is twice the fighter Hatton ever was at any weight, let alone welterweight. So yes, clearly, the Mosley win was a far better win for Mayweather than the Hatton win.
What the hell does Pacquiao have to do with anything? I never mentioned him, I'm not supporting his fight with Mosley.
u damn pactar
