Arum and Cotto turned down HBO's proposed December fight with Cintron. They also turned down Cotto/Martinez for the March 12 date. If Arum wants to protect Cotto until he cashes in on a Marg/Cotto rematch, that's his business, but the world of boxing doesn't revolve around him. The fights must go on.
