Who wants Mayorga-Margarito?

Yes, but Mayorga has fought sporadically for the last few years. Margarito, used to be avoided but then he got caught up in an illegal wraps scandal and lost some fights in horrible fashion. He used to throw tons of punches and seemingly had decent power. Mayorga at 147 had a steel jaw and wasnt too shabby either. It would have been great to get the two in the ring back in the day when Mayorga would clown fighters then get in the ring take their biggest shots and laugh or do some other comedic thing. Yeah you can get them in the ring now but Mayorga at 160? or even a catch weight isnt fair for him. *(The best Mayorga was at 147). Besides that it may not be prime floyd (If you want to argue that point) but if he isnt prime he is still an elite fighter. Can the same be said for Mayorga or Margarito?

Margarito is pretty overrated on these boards even after gettin exposed by Shane and beat easy by a lightweight Mayorga by decision, 8-4

I would buy it. That is easy a Showtime main event or HBO these days. Margarito doesnt have the wraps anymore and Mayorga is just as big.

Margarito by stoppage by round 8 if that happened now. Prime Mayorga (pre-Trinidad) vs Marg would've been a great great fight. Tito ruined that man, he cracked that chin and Mayorga was the never the same. That is what he gets though giving a puncher like Tito free shots to his chin.
