Im not trying to defend Floyd here. When Floyd became p4p 1 he began to pick his fight to get the more money and be sure he would win. Everybody was bashing him for that, which is comprehensible. Now since Pac is P4P number 1, he only picks his fight against guy he knows he'll beat without a problem and take the money. At this point in his career, it's all about money. I know I'd do the same if I was in his shoes. Manny will get his guaranteed purse regardless of who he fights. It's Bob who's worried about getting less than his usual.

I'd like him to face Berto and Marquez at a lower weight, but I think Manny is more focused big paydays nowadays. He doesn't have much to prove and there really isn't much competition out there aside from Mayweather. I agree and that's why I don't want him to hurt his legacy. I'd rather see him in a tune-up with a young contender/champion than a washed up legend like Mosley.
