Did Khan vs Maidana remind anybody else of Trinidad vs De La Hoya?

Nope, Oscar was never hurt, and he really didn't even get hit that much in the later rounds of the Trinidad fight.

Both these fights are eerily similar. You start possibly the stupidest threads. Yeah sure they looked like one another. In the same way that one boxing fight between a boxer and puncher looks like one another. That's about it. Do you even watch the fights? Or are you just stupid? Guy who said it looked more like Cotto/Margarito at times...even that fight had more of a resemblance to this one. And that's still not even really accurate to compare the two.

In both fights one guy dominated the early rounds by out boxing his opponent, but then in the later rounds both Khan and De La Hoya got on their bicycles. Tito Oscar had no where near the drama that this fight did, but the fights are similar in the sense that both guys who dominated the early action ran during the later rounds. Na, totally different situations. Oscar was on his bike trying to sit on his wide ass lead while Khan was running away for dear life with his jaw wrapped around his neck.

Also you forgot about the body shot that Marcos recieved and how he got saved by the bell. Nothing like Felix v Oscar.
