Who's proud of Maidana?

I became a follower of his after he made Ortiz quit. Maidana gots balls and has a heart of a lion! He just needs someone like Stewart or Roach in his corner. The sad part about it is that he most likely will keep his mediocre trainer.

he is one hell of a fighter. I don't know how anyone can recover from a hard hook to the liver in 7 seconds. If I was Khan i wouldn't want a rematch and i don't think other 140lb'ers would be willing to fight him either.

I surely am; i'm a big fan of his; Khan won it; but Maidana did better then the most posters here said he would! I'm happy he's probably going to fight the loser of Alexander-Bradley & then laiter if he wins fight the winner of Khan-...! You're the man Chino! Thx for the great fight to you and too Khan! damn i was a big fan before, but now even more! gotta be there at the arena at Chino's next fight! credit to Khan too, the dude has skills!

Khan did what he was supposed to do,Maidana was more impressive to me because instead of simply being outboxed & made to look like a fool,he came from almost being stopped in round 1 to making Khan leap on that bike & shakily pedal away!!

Maidana showed a lot of heart and determination by taking all those shots. I got to give Khan credit also for fighting such a good fight early and then hanging on for 3 rounds when he clearly was ready to go at any moment.

Yeah, this was one of those fights where you gain respect for both regardless of the winner. Khan's guts and chin against arguably the best puncher in his division impressed. Maidana getting up from those two shots to the body in the first to make something of a rally late, also impressive. There wasn't a loser. One thing I always sort of knew, but hadn't seen exemplified like it was last night: Maidana is a mean son of a *****. No glove touching, no respect, etc. It was interesting to watch.
