Looking at it twice, Baily actually placed Ouali on the rope and that's when Ouali fell. You can't sit on a rope, it's not solid enough, So this is more Baily's fault.

I see Bailey's momentum making him pick up Ouali and sitting him down on the turnbuckle like he's going to go for a Superplex. Then I see Ouali kinda reaching for a rope without looking, and instead he grasped air and fell. Ouali definitely didn't pull a Cintron here, it looked like he genuinely fell. And I wouldn't say Baily threw him out either but a no-contest was the best decision here, Baily just placed him on a turnbuckle and did nothing else.

Bailey should not have picked him up and put him that high on the ropes but that guy did not even try to catch himself by wrapping his arm around the rope , he just went with it. If he was so out of control how did he manage to get to the table, there is concrete to the left and a table to the right and he can get to the table but he cant grab the rope to stop himself? I would have been grabbing that rope the first thing when I was going backward into that corner. 1) gloves are not good for grabbing 2) dude was still dazed from the KD (gato is STLL buzzed from Bailey)
