This was a negotiation and from my understanding of what a negotiation is, one guy makes an offer, the other guy makes an offer and you try to come to an agreement.
-Derek Jeter at his press conference Tuesday
Quite simply put It's not demanding one thing and expecting the other side to abide by it without compromise.
When I hear that clown Mayweather Sr. saying things like "take the damn test or we dont fight."....WTF is that? You have to compromise.
Look what Obama is doing right now. He's basically a goddamn Republican with all his compromises.
Both sides, Arum and Schaefer need to start from scratch and meet down the middle.
if negotiations would of failed with jeter and the yankees the way negotiations failed with floyd and manny there would be no 2nd negotiation jeter would be on another team.what they don't understand is that the yankees and jeter agreed to a compromise in their 1st negotiations unlike manny who did not want to compromise and agree to the 14 days
The way Jeter would have moved on to another team is the way Pac moved on to another opponent (Margarito). Now Pac is once again ready for Floyd but Floyd is hiding out with Bin Laden somewhere.
Look, all Floyd has to do is come out and make a statement in regards to why he doesnt want to fight Pac. If its because Pac doesnt want to take the test, then say so and call them out on it. If its because of his legal situation, then say so. Etc. By Floyd just staying quiet, its not helping his cause when it comes to accusations about him being scared to face Pac.
one side (side A) offers 1 day cutoff. the other side (side B) says 30 days.
when side A comes back and says, "Ok, 14 days". Is that not a compromise?
If not, would you please define compromise for me. Thanks in advance.

How does blood testing up until the fight hurt anyone?
Here in this video from 2005 he explains why he does not want to give blood close to the day of the fight.
Unlimited urine up until the day of the fight. Random OST up until 7 days until the day of the fight. Blood and urine tests immediately after the fight.
If u dont find this to be a fair compromise, then I dont know what to tell you.

devil...can u respond to this?
Pac agreed OST up to 7 days.
more than enough compromise
When was this? Recently when Floyd's been having court cases? What did he do in the first 2 negotiations? Insisted in 30 day window.
What compromises did Pacquiao made?
Mayweather agreed to everything Pacquiao wanted. 50-50 on the money, 8oz gloves, $10 million for every pound over 147. Check, check, check.
Mayweather, random OST. Pacquiao no check.
