Cotto vs Margs ll or Cotto vs Martinez?

i'd like to see him get his revenge against margarito and then fight martinez. also, i think people are overrating martinez just a bit. i personally think cotto has better handspeed and better footwork. cotto is a really good boxer when he wants to be (imo). i dont see martinez making him look foolish at all. that's a pick em fight to me.

i mean the high risk in the violence that margarito brings to the ring...his non stop pressure and ability to take shots, will cotto be able to handle this pressure the second time around with steward in his corner?? but a win over martinez will give cotto a lot of leverage to get another big fight (rematch with pac, fight with floyd?) whereas a win over margs wouldnt really do that for cotto i dont think. i do think that martinez would win a decision over cotto though.... margarito hasnt been fighting in the same style since he joined up with robert garcia...he tries to box more and he hasnt looked like he takes punches as well as he use to...martinez is very good but he relies mostly on athleticism and is there to be countered...against a right handed fighter he tends to throw the same combination over and over the jab left jab and i think cotto can counter him with big punches

Which fight would you rather see? A rematch with margarito at yankee stadium in the summer would be epic but cotto vs martinez is a lower risk higher reward fight for him... I see the Cotto/Marg II fight playing out similar to their first fight. Styles! Martinez uses his boxing skills more and would play into Cotto hands. The only thing Cotto would have to worry about in the Sergio fight is not to exchange if he doesn't have too.

Cotto Marg 2. I'd like to see them both in a same ring again. To know that marg didnt really relied on the so called "plasters" to beat cotto. Martinez-Cotto is a great fight but I'd like to see cotto-marg on their unfinished business first. :boxing:

Cotto - Margarito II hands down. Winner gets a shot at Martinez (maybe) because I wouldn't mind seeing Martinez avenge both his losses on his record. And Cotto might be full of confidence if he avenges his loss against Margarito as well which could make for an interesting fight. Having said that, I think Martinez would beat both these fighters at the moment. Easily.........

Margarito II. I'm sorry but I don't give him a chance to beat Martinez. But Cotto - Margarito II WOuld still give me the same anticipation as the first. A lot of things have changed since then, but one thing hasn't.. I think either fighter could win. Cotto isn't the same as he was when he was undefeated... but neither is Margarito.

Margs II. This is the fight people want. Martinez would beat the brakes off and make a fool of Cotto. He's nowhere near Martinez's level. Uncle Bob isn't going to let any of his Top Rank guys fight Martinez, though.

Cotto vs Margs 2 first and if Cotto gets the win a Martinez fight makes sense.
