Did you ever notice how Marquez fought an opponent over 135lbs?
If they fought at 147lbs., I can say that Marquez will lose!
Marquez is hittable in his last fight he hit the canvas!
Mosley is much better than Katsidis!
Hopkins will certainly like this match up,
and see for himself how an african american boxer will fair against a Latino!
hell yes.. i think marquez had never fought a slick african american boxer.. you know, brothers from the inner city or some sh!t...
mosley KO1 (too bad the fight's gonna be at 147)... :boxing:
you know what, some people say that its a bad match up due to size, but i actually think it will be a good fight. Im gnna go with Marquez on this one. call me crazy but i think he can pull i toff
It might be an interesting fight, but JMM at least deserves a fight with Pac, probably more than anyone, and even though I love and respect Sugar Shane, we all know he doesn't beat Pac at this stage. Even though, based on the logic everyone uses to discuss why Pac's victories over Hatton and DLH were more impressive than Floyds, we could use that same logic to suggest that Shane could very well do good in the fight simply because he knocked out Margarito in 8 rounds and Pac didn't knock him out at all. :)
Of course, I would never do that, because that sort of thinking is utterly stupid. But noone else has pointed out this flaw in biased-based thinking. Anyhow, JMM should fight Pac if Floyd is not going to, which does not mean Mosley doesn't deserve another significant fight if he wants it.. but, as this is a question about the 2 of them fighting to 'earn' a shot at Pac, its not even a contest. JMM should be *entitled* to the 3rd fight.
im just saying it makes absolute sense...both fighters lost to Floyd, but still claim that they can beat Manny... both fighters are old....and both want a payday...
i want nothing more than Manny/Mayweather fight...since that coward wont come out of vacation...Manny needs an opponent worthy of the payday...
