Did Larry Merchant just say Pac should fight Marquez and somebody named Saul Alvarez next? I guess they didn't notice Berto fought tonight to, seems they really are part of the effort to protect Pacquiao from fighters who may brutalize or embarass him. it seemed like merchant was trying to act as pacquiao's promoter. he questioned whether berto had the credentials to deserve a shot at pacquiao, but since when is marquez an established ww? a fight against marquez below ww would be interesting but fighting him at ww (which is what pac's team is demanding) would be no different than the move mayweather was skewered for.
