Roy is the closest thing to unbeatable as you can get to 168. And, his win over Toney is better than any win that Froch or Calzaghe has. However, that is pretty much his whole resume at 168. Froch overall resume is much better than Roy is at 168. Calzaghe resume at 168 it is also better. Roy was the much better greater fighter but his resume is very thin beyond the Toney win to be called the GOAT. He just didn't stay in that division long enough.
