Why are people complaining about Roach wanting the fight at 147?

Mosley was p4p 3rd and a legit WW. Btw don't see how its an issue if the fight is at 140 since everyone's saying Pac is a natural 140er.

Thats your problem with the pactards not mines. Didnt Mosley just fought not so long ago? about 6 months ago? Why is he considered now shot or past prime. Its either he is or he is not? But anyways, I am just looking for an answer that people believe that Pac and Marquez is now at a different level at this time of their career. And thats all there is too it. Mosley was still good when Floyd fought him at 147 because he was the #3 p4p fighter in the world, champ, and best WW at the time. Floyd destroyed him for 12 rounds and he had a draw against Mora. (I think he won the fight). Mosley is only good against guys that come forward like Margacheato. He's shot because he found out he can't pull the trigger anymore. Manny is in his prime, became a better boxer, is fighting in his natural weight class, is in his prime right now, etc. Marquez is already way past his prime, has slowed down, his face gets cut easily and bruises after every fight, loses speed and power when he fights over 135, etc.

Every big name boxer is in it for the money. Floyd, Manny, etc and even JMM, but JMM has no problem fighting the best in the sport. That's the difference between him and Floyd/Manny. Owning? I made a valid question? Why sign the contract if you know your going to be at fully disadvantage that your not be able to win? Just in fairness, both Marquez and Pac are going to come inthe weight they are comfortable with, nobody is going to be at 160lbs+ , Pac will be at 148 and Marquez 144 at the fight night as usual? because those same people said that marquez was fat, slow and useless as a welterweight. remember september of 2009?

Juan cant carry the weight like Pac can. He loses his reflexes and that is all he has as a counter puncher. He gets killed at 147 against Pac. They all know it.

IMO, Marquez is an unfair fight at any weight at this point in their career. It's not about weight, it's just that Marquez doesn't belong in the ring with Manny anymore. Manny NEEDS to challenge himself and not take easy fights anymore. He is one of my favs all time, but I was upset with him vs Margo and I would be with him vs Marquez as well

JMM is old, shot, past prime, and we already know he's too slow, lacks power, etc. when he moves up over 135. Poochiao is in his prime and Poochiao can still make 135/140. Why make a smaller guy move up to 147 when you can easily make 140 without killing yourself? Floyd got **** for making JMM move up to 147, but it's okay for Poochiao to make JMM move up two weight classes after he's way past his prime?
