...and Floyd goes to jail or stayed inactive, will it be for the Ring belt and/or lineal welterweight championship? If so, sounds like a good incentive for Manny to fight Berto... Even if Floyd don't go to jail, pac-berto would be for the ring belt, which is generally acknowledged as the lineal title.

If Pac fights Berto, Pac is cleaning out the Welterweight division. Something Floyd hasnt doen and hes been a Welterweight longer..

The fight would have to be after May 1st, which is unlikely, for Mayweather to drop out of the rankings, so... this fight wouldn't have the incentive of The Ring belt.
