Pac fans literally attack you if you don't believe Pac is best fighter of this era! I know this thread is repetitive but here is a good reason why I won't give him that title. IMO Floyds Skill is greater than Pac's Will. I know there are many who think will can overcome skill but really just how great is Pac's Will, he hasnt needed Will vs his latest competition, they folded to his simple flurries snd weight stipulations. The last time we saw him rely on Will he didn't look so hot vs Marquez or that first fight with Morales. So though I admit Pac likes to mix It up, when he is the one taking punishment he becomes totally unglued and unbalanced. His Will fades when countered by greater skill. People always say how will Floyd react when Pac throws a six punch combo, I say how will Pac react when Floyd evades that **** and returns a straight right down the pipe! How will Pac react when he goes into a flurry and Floyd clinches him and proceeds to work him on the inside? Pac as you know can not fight on the inside. I'm a huge fan of both fighters and feel both are some of the greatest boxers that ever lived. I'm also a huge fan of Mike Tyson but I don't think he could have beaten Muhammad Ali. Tyson, like Pac, was the altimate brawler. I'd pick him to beat any man that tried to fight toe to toe. I see Pac the same way. His Ali is Floyd Mayweather Jr.

ButHe has definately improved since the first Marquez fight. Back then all he relied on was his left hand. When Marquez took that away he had nothing to fall back on and got outclassed. Now he has developed a good right hand too and is IMO a better overall boxer. But you do admit he hasn't fought anyone since with JMM's speed or manueverability

In a war of attrition, wifebeater gets warn down. He showed will in the first Marquez fight coming back in the later rounds after getting outboxed all fight (except in the first round when he got the 3 knock downs) That ain't going t:ugh:o get him past Floyd, dude was just helter skelter and sloppy vs Marquez, some may argue his skill has improved but maybe its more a case of fighting slower more stationary targets. What JMM and EM had at the time Is they were just as fast as Pac. Beginning with David Diaz they been on a slow mans waltz.
