Why hasnt Pacquiao been calling out the bigger fighters like Haye and instead hes been calling out smaller fighters like Mayweather? In my opinion, until he fights Haye he will never be considered not only a ATG but even a average fighter. Discuss. Your ambition is too low my man. Pac won't get credit for fighting Haye as Haye is < Clits Pac beating Clits is much better, but he is definitely ducking a Clits.
