I'm not familiar with argentina but if it's white then so be it. I know not all south american countries are the same in terms of ethnicity. Most people in Uruguay are pretty much white ethnically for instance since most of their recent heritage is from Germany and europe
He is white. Are Europeans who migrated to America, american? Yes they are. Are they armerican indian? NO they are not. Are they white? Yes they are. Are Europeans who migrated to latin american latin/latino? Yes they are. Are they still white? Yes, they are.
Many have integrated with other cultures and have lost their "whiteness" but in argentina, most still remain white.
What the inbreds on BoxingScene need to understand is that even Arabs are Caucasians. No white man on here is going to be proud of his race if Mohammed Abdul wins a championship.
yep aren't INDIANS i.e. from INDIA not native americans, aren't Indians considered caucasians, or rather aryan/white whatever the scientific term for it is?
they wouldnt add colour to it because of their heavy mixing, just look at how many colours you see on the brazil national team
Countries like Brazil and Colombia are very different from Argentina and Chile as there is a lot more of a mix of ethnicities in the northern countries of South America. Plus Brazil and Argentina don't even speak the same language so I don't think you can just assume they have the same history, culture and race of people.

why are we talking about brazilians?
brazil =\= argentina
argentine's are of european descent, just like where you are from, but they are not convicts.
unlike mexico argentina doesnt have a large mestzio population (mixed amerindian/white)
so sergio ethnic group is argentino/latino and race is probably predominately white
Don't care...........I just like the boxer I see in the ring so that is why I like him. Same reason for me liking Pacquiao, Ward, Khan, etc.
But I understand this thread might be a reaction to some other ones
He is a white latino.. What about Messi? He is argentine to but he looks white to me :S

We really don't want to sound to ignorant while confusing Nationality with Ethnicity.
There's a member of every race everywhere, so.. What's the point here?
