I can't see how you can honestly suggest Pacqiauo deserves it over Martinez. Martinez beat the Lineal Champ at 160 and brutally KO'd Paul Williams. Its not even remotly close.

He deserves it. Pacquiao's win was great but Martinez fought Pavlik and Paul and beat them both impressively. He also was unfairly stripped of his 154 belt.
