I think people forget the big role Buboy plays in Pacquiao's success, he was with him when Pacquiao was a kid and is still with him till this day, and If you notice during rounds of every Manny fight, Freddie Roach says 3 words and Buboy spends the rest of the time speaking to Manny and giving him instructions.
what do you guys think ?
Manny was the one who trained Buboy as a trainer...
After Manny got back from Manila, during his first visit he saw Buboy was headed for trouble smoking, drugs, and other rackets hustling trying to make money...
Pac is a good guy and told Buboy to back to Manila with him where Manny would train him to be his trainer...
Buboy has been with Manny before he even had money... Manny will keep him around forever.
This buboy besides me?

yes, aside from being assistant trainer which actually he also learned from manny, he serves earlier as interpreter which he still does nowadays but more on the purpose of having a familiar voice in the corner. if you notice in the previous fights youll hear buboys voice louder in the background giving instructions often in mannys dialect (visayan). poster above is right, buboy makes manny feels at home just like those people pacman brings in his fights, he even charters those private planes for. i can now imagine previous pinoy champions fighting in the US with only a handful of associates with them, how lonely they were during training and on actual fight nights. manny not only gets his strength from those huge calf, prolly from all those friends he brings when he fights.(btw that picture of buboy and i was shot days before training for marg begun)
The reason why he wanted him fired was because Roach was making too much money and had a lot of say in Pac's career. He knows he would be making more money if Roach was gone and he would've more say in Pac's career without Roach being the trainer.
Fvcking Corrupt
genius, michael cunts, actually wanted roach fired and buboy as the head trainer.

:lol1: Someone needs to post the video of Buboy calling Koncz a ***** in tagalog during a press conference.
Buboy provides a lot of moral support if anything, just being there in the corner.
He's the only one from Pac's camp who has known him since childhood.
He makes Pac feel closer to home.
Pac doesn't have the guts to fire him.
Nah, if Buboy was so good he would be the head trainer instead of Roach.
Buboy is the only guy from Pac's team I like because he's nice and humble. You don't hear him talking **** in the media every other day like the rest of the team.
Nah, Roach does the thinking and plan making, Buboy just motivates....
He knows what's best for him if you pay attention to his opposing opinions with Ariza on his physical training. He doesn't lie in the media either with the "Manny is not ready" BS.

Yea without buboy pac would not be where he is today. He actually gives pac very good advices in the corner but pac just doesn't listen LOL. Buboy ends up always begging pac to do this and that. But it's cool because if u understand their language u can really feel buboy's concern for pac.
