But if Mayweather is free and clear, Arum needs to do his best to make the fight, and Mayweather needs to finally step up and stop ducking and dodging Pacquiao and the biggest money fight in boxing history. After seeing Pacquiao lay waste to Margarito, a fighter Mayweather never wanted any part of, maybe Mayweather is even less interested in facing Pacquiao than he has been for the past couple of years.

Back to back champions,
who didn't refuse to play the best possible competition.
The Lakers wouldn't play Game 7 last year unless Rondo took a blood test an hour before.
True story.
laugh if you want, but if i can see what makes pac effective and also ineffective floyd sees it as well, probably 20x better.
I dont see anything other than an enourmous right hand that would give mayweather major problems and i said this 2 years ago and im saying it now.
The workrate of 5-7 punch combinations is also an issue, but everything else, mayweather has the advantage in almost every way.
I detailed this a long time ago, almost a year ago.
True that. Right hand lands on Mayweather, maybe a southpaw straight left as well (and more often). You're right about the right hand, though.
Márquez landed a solid right in round 2 before May came back and planted him on the canvas.
Mosley landed a humongous right hand in round 2 and had May on queer street.
Oscar landed a good right hand in round 11 that snapped May's head back in the last 4 seconds of the round.
I know it's exaggerated to emphasize such a brief moment of success, but in my opinion these were the most solid punches that Mayweather's last opponents landed on him in his last fights...
The dynamic of the fight is interesting. As of right now, I feel like Dwyer. In other words, Pacquiao's best chance to beat Mayweather is to catch him early. Oscar was gaining an early lead before Floyd started gaining the lead, Hatton had Floyd uncomfortable with the pressure at first, Márquez (while never in the fight) had mild success early before Mayweather realized this was going to be one-sided as it gets, and Mosley could've won the first rounds and more had Mayweather not adjusted so brilliantly and turned into a dragon as Naazim said he would do.
Hey dumb fuk..
Floyd is to scared to jump in the ring with Pac...
just accept it your boy is a *****..
Pac don't want none of OST dumb ass, why is he ducking random OST if he's clean? Get your head out of Pacquiao's ass.
The fact that Floyd hasn't lost isn't the question, I can certainly see that. But I also see who he either, hasn't fought, or even more telling (for me, anyway) who he HAS fought. The only negative I can give Manny is for not giving a 3rd fight to Marquez, but it doesn't tarnish his legacy the way FMJ's will be if he doesn't get in the ring with MP. As for CompuBox records, here's one for you; MP ranks #8 on the list of fighters in title fights that have landed more than 400 punches, with 474 vs. Margarito. Guess where FMJ ranks? He doesn't.

It's funny how you mention this, the one skilled counter puncher Pac has fought in JMM, he arguably lost both fights. How do you figure he'd do against a bigger, faster, more skilled version of JMM in Floyd Mayweather Jr.?
Floyd said,
"ordinary and one dimensional fighter"
"easy work and easy money"
Who needs extra tests if the opponent is so inferior?
the wifebeaters are scared. they know pac will beat them.
& you dont talk "ish" from your computer?
& what did pac do to you?
see what i did there?
if you're gonna play, at least dont be a hypocrite.
Do you see me calling Pac a roided midget, bigot, who can barely speak english? I keep it to boxing dumb ass.......
corley almost khtfo tho,and judah was beating him in the first 4... no need to say,pac is way better ...... i hope he knows he has to!
Tell me a fighter Pacquaio has fought with Floyd's smarts, skills, speed, and reflexes?
Pac don't want none of OST just admit it Pactards.......

hey you flaming flomosexual,
pacquiao has passed & will continue passing all tests required by the ruling body of his sport.
not some paranoid, racist, woman beating, jealous child with zero home training, insecure test.
I bet you're a little punk ass *****. You wanna talk all this ishh from a computer you *****. What did Floyd do to you, just go into your corner and keep crying after he racks up win after win......tell your boy to MAN UP and agree to random OST what's the big deal? MR. CATCHWIEGHT TITLE FIGHTS.
name me another fighter, another sport, another athlete dictating which drug test his opponent should take?
go back to school & learn how to count to ten sycomantz.
Hey Pactard, what does your idol have to hide? If he's clean he should agree to any and all blood testing.
no. its on pac for both. floyd said zero days and pac wanted 7

that fat ugly cu** should stfu lol
margarito had none of this >> no speed,no defense,no footwork NOTHING.
shane mosley stopped margarito(something pacquiao couldn't do) and floyd beat mosley so whats the point of this thread?
We'll just have to agree to disagree, my friend. :) I gave 5 rounds to Zab; but the argument for 4 is solid. I know the punch stats show a lop-sided fight, too. But those same stats prove him to have been beaten by JLC in their first meeting. So...grain of salt and open mind. ;)

Well put. Common ground has to be found somewhere.
Why is one being blamed for the fight not happening when both are to blame. Pac was the reason for the failure for the first set of negotiatons; Floyd is responsible for the second set of negotiations failing. They're 1-1; blame both.
True statement, well put.
If Mayweather wanted to fight it would have happened, he clearly doesnt. this fight wouldnt change that fact unless Pac lost then Floyd would probably have been interested.

No Floyd was turning it up on him zab hit him with a low blow. Matter fact I remember his father telling him in his ear to do that sh1t.
Then...do you remember why he told him to do it? ;)
