Maybe! If it would of been him instead of Tony @ 147lb? Now as much as i enjoyed watching Manny's awesome performance against Margarito, I would love too see him match his speed with Berto's speed! To me, those are the type of fighters Manny should test his supremacy against. Him and Mayweather both should fight these other super athletic fighters, Berto, Bradley, Kahn, Alexander, Williams, Martinez. Because if we are really honest with ourselves, Margarito even though he was big as hell was the perfect fighter for Manny to showcase all of his abilities and he did just that. I want to see them fight each other and I want to see them fight all these YOUNG LIONS as well. LEAVE THE OLD LIONS ALONE!!!!!!!!LOL:boxing:

Berto would be a credible opponent if Pac doesn't get Martinez or P-Will. His handspeed would present a lot of trouble for Pac. He hasn't faced anyone with comparable handspeed. Keep in mind that Berto loves to clinch after his bursts of offense, which may hinder Pac in exchanges. His power would also gain Pac's respect.

yes. berto is faster and stronger than margarito and h fights a lot more dirty as opposed to straightforward. a lot of u guys talk a lot of **** about the fighter but ignore the fighting styles. margarito's style is tailormade for guys like mosely and manny. handspeed too fast. berto's handspeed is arguably as fast as manny's and hes stronger. it would be an interesting fight for the first few rounds but manny wins ultimately. Berto has piss poor stamina and defense, and only unleashes his handspeed in bursts. He also does not use his legs that much. All of that spells annihilation against Pacquiao.

Berto gets stopped in 5 rounds. Maybe inside those 5 rounds Berto can be competitive but he is not going to past 5.

Bertos best punch = uppercut pacs worst defensive of a punch = uppercut berto is also 10x faster than anyone pac has faced. I'd say berto could do some damage, he has no chin though so pac left could hurt him.
