i wanna know the exact findings on this as well..

I heard twice that what people thought was hydroxycut was in fact sweetener for his coffee, during fight night and later on espn. Also if you did the research that espn did you'd find out that hydroxycut hasn't had effedrine(sp?) for some time. I agree that it was all mind games, plus didn't they have a manditory test after the fight?

By the time it was night he snacked on some fruit, granola, yogurt and a bit of cheesecake, drank 16oz of water and went to bed weighing about 153. I was there Friday morning. Tony ate a full breakfast then cruised to the weigh in watching his intake. after the weigh in, lol, he ate three appetizers, a smoothie they got for him, two pasta dishes and a salad as for the plastic. Tony ALWAYS works out on plastic. I asked him why years ago and he said he likes that it warms him up faster and that it didn't matter to him about the weight moreso than what it did for him. Ariza is an @sshole who was talking **** about the fans on the way up in the elevator..... "There too many f*ckin people.... Pictures here, pictures there... SHIIIT!!! He was getting loud and pissed off at the Mexican food restaurant in the hotel while he was talking to some one..... I got to be honest with you Ariza was available the entire time I was there (Thur afternoon to Sunday) and every fan who asked for his time he obliged. he may not have liked the attention but he accomodated everyone
