Bob wasn't going to let Floyd keep eating unless he had control over him, same as he did with Cotto he enticed Cotto for a contract extension by making him sign the extension to get a big fight, if Cotto didn't sign that extension though there would be no fight, Cotto the robot said what he's seemingly programmed to say when it comes to Bob Arum and that's "Yes" therefore Bob kept him under the wing, that's how Cotto got to fight plaster man, Clottey and Pacquiao it wasn't because "Cotto was the only valiant one" like the media and Top Rank would like you to believe it was the manipulation of this old f*ck that's how he is man Bob Arum messes up fights, he gets in the way of fights and he got in the way of Floyd fighting these guys due to their issues, that unimportant middleman bastard has been the cause of Floyd not fighting Cotto, the brick layer and even Clottey.. I guarantee you if Cotto was his own man who called his own shots like how Floyd does he would have not only a better career but he would have gotten his chance to scrap with Floyd, blame it on Top Rank as a whole because everyone under that banner contributes to the pollution and ongoing corruption in Boxing, they are a plague to be honest

Cotto would never beat Floyd at any stage in his career... No knock on Cotto, as I like him more than I like Floyd... but I just can't see it happening.
