I think Cotto is physically and mentally too intelligent for Margarito. Margarito can prolly take a better shot and is physically stronger and maybe can hit a little better, but overall I think Cotto beats him with the knowledge. Cotto is not a one-dimensional fighter. I think you have to consider the beating Margarito may take in the fight with Pacquiao, then walking into a Cotto fight where he'll also be hit plenty of times. I'm not sure he's gonna hold up as well.

i dont think margo used plaster against cotto..after watching the manny and clottey fights its clear cotto breaks under pressure..if clottey wouldve thrown more he wouldve beatn cotto My opinion as well, Margarito showed the world the blueprint on how to beat Cotto. I respect Cotto, I think he's a warrior and a very good all-around boxer, but he can't handle pressure, IMHO it's because he doesn't protect his head well. I thought in the Clottey fight he should some great improvement in his defense, but when the Pac fight came along it was the same old Cotto. I do hope Steward helped him in this regard. Regardless, if Margarito isn't as shot as most people think then he wins again, maybe ever worse.
