Who wouldn't recall that message that was put up on Pac's website saying that he is agreeing to OST up to the day of the fight? It was based on Pac's interview he did the day before on a local radio. This was about the time when the 2nd negotiation started. A day later, Arum was enforcing a gag order on every member of Team Pac and clarifying that nothing is official. Seems clear to me that these 7, 14 days cut off offers were coming from Arum, not Pacquiao. then why not demand it as well on Marquez (aside from ageing Mosley just to keep consistent lol!)? The contract was signed by Floyd for full Random testing and Pacquiao wanted none of it. You can't compromise on blood testing, you either do it or you don't. And it doesn't matter how much or how little a substance will help a cheater in a window of opportunity, its the principal behind it.
