Size absolutely does matter and Valuev is proof positive.
If he were 6'5 and 240lbs with the same skillset he would have never made it anywhere in the sport.
I'm confused with DON'T and DOESN'T.
Which is correct:
Size don't matter
or
Size doesn't matter
?
All I know is that when the object (Size) is singular
you use doesn't. Otherwise (if it's plural like, sizes),
you use don't.
Doesn't = Does Not
Don't = Do Not

How is that going way overboard when Valuev was a hundred pounds heavier than Haye?
And Haye didn't give Valuev a "catch weight" that Pac uses against all his opponents recently.
Size does not matter. Look at all the heavyweight fights of Jack Dempsey, Mike Tyson, Holyfield, David Haye. Most of these guys' opponents were taller and bigger in weight.
Hence... I said it was overboard. The size advantage for Valuev over Holyfield and Haye is miniature compare to the Mayweather/Pac comparison to the heavyweights. Valuev even though was 100 pounds heavier or whatever would not punch that much or even harder than Holyfield or Haye whereas Mayweather or Pac its a different story. Which is why I said it was extreme.. use a different scenario if you want to make a point is what I'm saying.
Errr are you really that dumb? This thread is about size differences.. which relates to the upcoming fight that addresses this very issue Pac-Margarito.. I assume you're just mad because I pointed out that you made a ridiculous point about Mayweather and Pacquiao against the heavyweights when the TS has compared the size differences to their relevant weight classes. The lack of comprehension skills in NSB is astounding.
He posted a picture of Haye-Valuev/Holyfield-Valuev and said size doesn't matter. Valuev had 100lbs on both those guys, that is around what the Klitschko's have over Pacquiao & Mayweather get it? It may be extreme but it proves the TS statment of "size doesn't matter" wrong.
Who mentioned Pacquiao-Margarito? GTFO with that **** there's 1000 threads about that already.

Way to go overboard........ Pac-Marg will be similar in weight

Size does matter, do you honestly believe that Pacquiao or Mayweather could beat the Klitschko's, Adamek, Haye? They are much more skilled but would lose because of the size and power difference.

:haha: :haha: :haha:
Nice one.
But in boxing, being as big and slow as Valuev is more of a disadvantage anyways.
I was never impressed with Valuev. Win or lose, he sucked.
