Vitaly is going in the IBHOF, you hate is really clouding your judgment - 3 time HW world champ, highest KO% of any HW champ, longest time between retirement and a successful return for a title, never been knocked down. How many HW champs can lay claim to these stats?
Oh, you didn't answer my question, even if it was rhetorical. How does it feel to have your favorite boxer still fighting and dominating after all these years? How about two of your favorite boxers who also happen to be brothers? Oh, you don't know the feeling? I am sorry, I know it eats you up inside to see the two brothers still dominatig 10-11 years after they won their first title.
I'll be watching a HW champ on Dec 11, it's going to be a great time... who is your favorite HW fighting today? Is it Diva Gaye? What about after Gaye retires?
Vitaly is not going into the IBHOF, his resume is pretty weak. What is his best win? Arreola? Peter? Sanders? Not HOF material bro. Sorry you going to be disappointed.
You letting your bias nuthugging is really clouding your judgement if you think Vitaly will be in the HOF. Now maybe by some miracle he goes on and accomplish way more. Because, he would have to accomplish a lot more. Sanders, Arreola, Peter will not do it. Then he could get it. But, I think is just too late for him.
Wlad is HOF'er no doubt about it. Vitaly not so much.
And, I don't understand your question. What do you mean my favorite fighter? Do you mean like all time? Current? What exactly?
Favorite brother fighters? I like the Marquez brothers. They're pretty damn good... And, there are great set of fighting brothers throughout history also.
And, I would also be watching Dec 11, I am kind of disappointed with Wlad choice of opponent. After fighting Chagaev and Chambers back-to-back. To fight Peter and Chisora back-to-back is somewhat of a let down. I wish he would of chosen Dimitrenko instead. He would have been a better opponent than Chisora.
In reality Lewis just retired. Nobody retired him.
He had nothing else to prove. He had cleaned out the division.
Little bro was getting smacked around by a part time boxer/golfer. And, he had just stopped big bro. There was nobody else to fight. Maybe John Ruiz and that was it. He had done it all.
However, no disrespect to Wlad by saying he got smacked around by a part time fighter/golfer. Wlad has build a nice resume for himself. He will join Lewis in the Hall of fame. However, Vitaly would just be there as a fan since his resume and accomplishment is not HOF worthy.
I guess Vitaly is 0-2 against Lennox now.

Lewis will ALWAYS be able to beat Briggs imo...no matter what!!....but RIGHT NOW, Big Vit would put something on him....Wlad would put something on ALL 3 (Vit, Lewis, and Briggs) of those old mofos tho :lol1:
Co-sign with all of that.
In the real world, Vitaly retired Lewis.
Man, it's great to be able to watch two of your favorite HW boxers fighting for a over decade and still running sh*t, building a legacy. I can tune in December and watch one of them dismantle another opponent. You understand how that feels right? Oh, my bad, maybe not...

I saw the fight, Lewis opened a cut legally. Vit eye was going to come out of the socket. Not only a TKO on paper but a TKO in the ring, in TV, in real life. FACT.
There have been plenty of fights where a fighter has scored a come from behind KO or TKO win. Doesn't take away from the win.
So stop it.
Only in your little world the loser the daddy of the winner.

Haye has always said he would retire before he was 31, try again.
He also said he had a hurt back, that he is going to fight and beat both Klitschkos, and that he will never fight Fraudley...
It seems like you take his word too literaly because Gaye seems to pick and choose which promises he intends to keep.
If he does retire at 31, it will be because of the Klitschkos and not because of any promises he has made.
Like I said, TKO on paper only, the ring doctor had to save Lewis, Vitaly was up on the cards 4-2, and ofcourse the crowd booed Lewis.
Finally, just like the most recent Brit boxer, Lewis turned out to be a liar as well, he promised Vitaly a rematch but instead ran into retirement after his Mom said "No son, the $40 million you'll make from this fight will not make up for the beating that scary Ukranian will give you"
The one that laughs last, laughs the loudest and Vitaly is still laughing, beating the sh*t out of everyone he faces and has half the division running with the other half being on the run from his younger bro, filling stadiums and and making tens of millions tune in to watch him. Meanwhile, back in England, fat Lewis is enjoying his tea and crumpets talking about the great Klitschko brothers, seething in jealousy (based on the fact that he has advised almost every single one of Klitschko opponents - including f*cking Sosnowski! and Chambers!).

And, Lennox being remember as the greater fighter. And, being a HOF'er while Vitaly would be lucky if he gets in. Then add the win for Lennox. It would be Lennox the one laughing last. So you right who laughs last, laughs the best. And, that would be Lewis.
LOL @ "his daddy Vit"
When a past prime out of shape Lennex Lewis TKO'd Vitaly.
Actually Lennox is Vitaly daddy. Except in the bizzaro wolrd that the klitshcko extremist fans live in.

The Klitschkos are something else - they love to destroy, humiliate, and retire Brit fighters (or fighters claiming to be British):
Herbie Hide
Danny Williams
Lenno Lewis
And now Derek Chisora.
And perhaps the greatest example of the fear they put into cowardly Brits, is that they will make Diva Gaye retire in his prime, even before he has faced them.
Stiff upper lip my @ss, instead of Battle Britain we have ourselves Battle of Dunkirk.
Haye has always said he would retire before he was 31, try again.
You come in every Lewis thread and post the same rubbish, whatever rubbish you write won't change the FACT that LEWIS WON.
I thought you put me on the ignore list...anyhow...he might have won that night in the record books but anyone watching that night knew who the true winner was, hence all the booing of Lewis and the cheering of Vitaly. Who retired who? Shouldn't it be that the victor retire the looser? Because if Lewis was the victor, why did he have his mom meet Vitaly and THEN retire?
Vitaly retired Lewis - FACT
Vitaly is still kicking @ss and putting ex-world champs in the hospital and making undefeated fighters 10 years his junior weep like littel school girls. Lewis - well, Lewis is holding a microphone, commentating on how great Wlad and Vitaly are.
I'll let you figure it out, who has come out ahead and has the greater glory and standing...

He would never come back as long the Kltischkos are around, especially his daddy, King Vitaly. You Brits must have forgot how Vitaly retired him...
FACTS:
1) Lewis never mentioned retirement prior to the Vitaly fight, there were no plans to retire in other words.
2) Lewis gets a win over Vitaly as a result of a doctor stoppage in a fight where Vitaly was up 4-2 on all three score cards, with Lewis staggering to his corner at the end of the last round. Fans in the stands boo Lewis and cheer Vitaly.
3)Lewis promises a rematch on TV, in front of millions.
4) Lewis has his MOTHER meet Vitaly so that she can take a look into his eyes. True story, LOL. Apparently something she saw in Vitaly's eyes scared her. :bling1:
5) After that fateful meeting with Vitaly, Lewis, and Lewis' MOM, Lewis dumps his belt instead of facing mandatory Vitaly, retires, and forgoes a $30-$40 million payday.
6) Vitaly goes on to rule the division until his own retirement due to injuries.
7) Vitaly comes back and 4 years later, and wins a title, breaking all-time records.
8) 5 fights later and Vitaly is still fighting at 39, putting mofos in the hospital and still having the highest KO% of any HW in history.
Now, given all these facts, you think there is even a remote possibility the TV announcer Lewis dares to peek his Jamaican/Canadian/Brit head out of retirement?
HELLLLLLL NOOOOO.

Yeah I think so! But he would risk everything he's built in his legacy!
No he wouldn't it would be like Foremans return, people would separate the two runs at HW.
