This totally applies to boxing too. Steroids more than other supplements will tear on your body more than any wars. It's gonna make your peak SUPER but you're also in for a FAST decline. So in the end, even if you cheat, your body will break down and if you look at MMA for known examples, look at Matt Hughes, Rich Franckin and others who have done steroids and in a matter of a single fight went from top shape and sharp reflexes to completely shot.
Oh boy are you wrong. I've seen it happen in a sport where it's very visible because the guys fight 3+ times a year.
Steroid will make your peak amazingly good, you feel like a superhero. Then the drop is just as dramatic. I'm just saying.
It wont destroy your body in 4 months time
Who's he again?
Shinya Aoki (青木真也, Aoki Shin'ya?) (born May 9, 1983) is a Japanese mixed martial artist, grappler, and former police trainee who is noted for being the World Alliance of Mixed Martial Arts (WAMMA) Lightweight Champion, DREAM Lightweight Champion, and former Shooto Middleweight Champion.
I didn't know being an MMA, grappler and a former police trainee earns you that all too elusive but widely abused PED and drug expert degree. Maybe I should become one. College is for losers.
I have seen one guy who was great at 130 but at 147 not so much
Hmmmmmm
Shinya said American fighters take too many supplements hmmmm
You are a retard. I'm talking about PED effects here. Lots of people think there is no drawback to those things.
Listen to Aoki. The human body is like an engine - keep it running to max rpm to compensate for the lack of finesse and you'll have a very powerful, yet short lived engine. That's basically what he's saying there.
Overtraining, cutting weight, supplements and mostly PEDs take an huge toll on the body.
Note: Japanese MMA fighters are known to cut little to no weight and train more sparring than conditioning or strength.
Steriods wont destroy your body from 1 fight to another

What if you retire twice with a lay off of nearly 2 years and now a vacation? Would that help you heal from supplement use?
Some boxers train so hard and have a really nice body and it does seem dodgy.
Well then its easy to blame steriods
