If Maidana lands his Power punch on Khan, what happens?

theres a good thing about khan getting hit flush. by the time he wakes up fight night champions would be out and he be able to make himself and beat everyone he talks about beating

he'd quickly get up and do the infamous chicken dance which usually results in falling again due to its major difficulty of mastering

No way will Khan survive if Maidana lands flush. His punch resistance may have improved by strengthening his legs along with the move up in weight. And Maidana's power is overrated, but it's still more than enough to KO Khan. I have my doubts that Maidana will be able to land much in this fight, though.

Had another fight dream last night. This one takes me to somewhere in round 2 of Khan-Maidana (while watching it on an old ass 80s tv on VHS, wtf? :lol1:) Maidana lands a solid right, Khan takes it, Lampley makes a snide remark about so much for Maidana needing only one shot. Maidana gets eager and gets caught off balance with a fast combo and goes down. Khan maybe thinking it's his chance to get him out of there starts to open up and is doing well, until he gets caught himself and goes down hard. He gets up on shaky legs where eventually Maidana drops him again, end dream, not sure if it was the end of the fight though. *Dreams may not necessarily reflect reality and are purely for entertainment purposes (and maybe bragging rights if somehow it comes true :p) :arabia:

I like Khan but if he can't take a decent punch he wont go much further, it might be all right fighting guys like Maidana WHO can punch but don't have the skills to connect much vs Khan. The likes of Floyd/Pac maybe even bradley will have no problem finding his chin, i hope he gets hit vs Maidana in december and just shrugs it off.. Maidana's power is over-rated a bit i think. He can definitely KO Khan, but not just with 1 punch. I think Khan gets dropped and then gets up and outboxes him. The guy's definitely got heart - did no one else see how he tried to get up against prescott?

Khan will miss christmas..... Not that it actually matters too him....

Well i havent really see what kind of fighter Khan is. We'll have to see i guess. His last performance against Malignaggi was pretty impressive. We will see how he does against Maidana who has alot of power.

a strong shock and full of Maidana undoubtedly knock out Khan. Now also a blow not so good Maidana can move to Amir. Same with the speed of Khan, and poor defense Maidana, I predict a KO for Khan before the fourth round
